Superb!
The resort does not disappoint! The property is beautifully appointed with lots of different sitting areas inside and out to enjoy the beauty of the lake and surroundings~ Amazing ambiance. The service is outstanding and everyone on staff is extremely friendly; from housekeeping to valet, to the servers and management. The food at the two different restaurants was also delicious. A wonderful place to unwind and enjoy God's beauty and nature.

Gorgeous Hotel, Great Staff, but did have a couple bad experiences
really nice hotel, amazing amenities, very friendly staff. the only poor experiences were showing up 25 min before ice rink closing, the initial staff was going to let us skate for the time remaining, but the manager kicked us out with a poor attitude. also, there was mold in the garnish on our drinks at the bistro. I doubt this is a common occurence, but when you pay this kind of money for a trip your expectations should be higher than normal. besides those two negative experiences everyone else was extremely friendly as you would expect at a place like this

Amazing!
This place is amazing from the staff to the views to the cleanliness of the resort. Everything is quality and we really enjoyed our stay and will return. Their food , lodge, and views of the lake are the best around . Our family and friends will be returning most definitely!

Miserable experience; expect more for this price
Restaurant staff were rude and surly. Had to wait 45 min for a table and after that, another 1 hr and 15 min before we were served food or drink Room had a defective shower that was not fixed Could not get e receipt for our stay. I believe that we were overcharged The setting was the best part of our experience

A wonderful experience.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Edgewood. From the fantastic location right on the lake to the professional and friendly staff, the spa facilities and our beautiful room, we were more than happy with our visit. We also used the concierge for transport to and from the airport and Tom was flexible and responsive. We were close to many activities including a snow mobile tour that provided pick up and drop off at the lodge. The bistro and grill were excellent with friendly and attentive staff and the employees of the lodge were super nice and always available when needed.
