We have gamed here for a long time but this visit was different as we stayed on site. Everything about this casino gets five stars, the room. The restaurant, the gaming! Because we have the oeppermill passport we had a discounted stay. food at restaurant was expensive but large portion works well for splitting. We will look forward to our next stay.

I travel to Reno 7-10 times a month for work and don’t typically Stay here as there are other less expensive options. Thanks to Juliana at the front desk this is my new go too. She was so hopeful and went out of her way to make sure my stay was great. Rooms were extremely clean. Thank you!

This is a nice hotel, clean and has everything you want. Problems yes. We had to book a last minute stay due to having our cancel our plans to go to San Francisco because of the weather over donners. We stayed in a room in the north tower. Yes I understand last minute booking on a busy weekend dont always get the best room. The problem is it is just a far walk from everything. To get to the parking lot it is a half mile walk. This includes 3 different elevators and an escalator. Only other complait is just the outrageous prices of all the food. A cup of coffee s7. Drinks are all pushing $20 or more. A bowl of cereal was $10 dam bucks. That used to be the incentive to come to casino resorts. Cheap rooms, good decent priced food and to gamble. Not anymore. $200 plus a night for a room. Plus $45 a night for a resort fee. Rip offs.

This is a review about the Spa, the main tower rooms are wonderful. Pros: staff is wonderful, kind, pleasant. Cons regarding spa: 1) day passes are $85 apiece. I could have booked a pedicure for less money and used the day pass. A rip-off. 2) The Caldarium looks wonderful in the pictures without any people. However, there were over 50 people there ("This is a slow day") so it was very noisy, and the two TINY hot tubs would have a hard time fitting more than 2 people. 3) The snacks are lousy--stale nuts and a banana chip/pretzel mixture which looks like it came from Winco bins. Drinks in cans are ok. 4) The famed Himalayan Retreat is tiny with upright uncomfortable chairs to sit on. 5) the women's only spa area was loud with many women, and the hot tubs were full. I walked in, took a look, and walked right out. 6) The "retreat" room showed a loop of the same video of stars/sky which played over and over. I spent $170 for two people and was so disappointed. Should have gone to the outdoor pool and hot tubs.

Our stay at the Peppermill Reno was amazing! The Imperial Suite was wonderful, with a spacious layout and a fantastic jetted tub that was perfect for relaxing. Friendly staff, excellent dining options, and great amenities. Highly recommend for a luxurious stay in Reno!
