Stayed here recently, very nice hotel, lovely comfortable room. Reception and dining room warm and welcoming. The food was very good and breakfast excellent. Pool area clean but the pool was quite cold! Staff all very friendly and efficient. Ideally situated a stones throw from the old town. Would stay here again.

We had a lovely holiday in this hotel. After reading other reviews we went B&B which was the right decision. There are numerous restaurants nearby in the old town. We would have liked entertainment every evening by the pool but this was only on four nights. We loved the hotel and breakfast was really good. Just wish there were more outside tables. We had an unfortunate incident one morning at breakfast. We had ordered tea and coffee as usual. When the teapot arrived it had coffee in it instead of water and the wrong coffee was brought. This was quickly rectified and aplolgies issued. I always ordered a coffee to finish my breakfast but on this day the waitress looked annoyed so my husband asked if there was a problem. She asked how many we had had. She said she could do two but not three drinks. I was shocked that there was a limit on drinks at breakfast in a five star hotel but, given that the first drinks brought had been their mistake, it really upset me. I spoke to staff later about the incident but it was difficult with the language to get them to understand why I was so upset. However despite this we would go back.

Very peaceful, the food is excellent, which is important because there are not many restaurants nearby and a small market is within a reasonable walking distance. The swimming pool in the garden is definitely an attraction, as is the roof terrace in the evenings. The decoration of the public spaces is perfectly successful. Minus the carpet in the room and the bad water pressure. The pillows were too soft for me. I suspect that our travel agent chose the most modest room from the hotel's quota, but next time I will choose from the hotel's website myself. The suite was great when I went to see it. The cleaning is very good and the entire staff, as is known, well-mannered and efficient. Of course, as a Nordic person, I would have expected a little more from breakfast, especially in warm portions, but it filled my stomach well. Without this hotel, the city of Rhodes itself would not have made an impression, even though in Greece.

Rodos Park Hotel. One of the best hotels we have ever used. Location is perfect, 5 minutes’ walk to the Medieval City (a World Heritage Site) with its historic buildings, cafes, souvenir and other shops, and 5 minutes’ walk also to the New Town with its modern shops, restaurants and supermarkets. We stayed in September 2023 and 2024 and have found the hotel spacious, luxurious and beautifully clean. All the staff including Reception, Restaurants and Housekeepng are delightful – friendly, helpful and efficient, with the Manager always in evidence – greeting, smiling, and playing a leading role in supporting his staff. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough, an opinion supported by its inclusion in the Small Luxury Hotels of the World Group. Their website is one of the best and most accurate I have seen.

We have just come back from a wonderfully 20th wedding anniversary holiday at Rodos Park. Two things that made this an outstanding were the beautiful food and gracious welcome from every member of the staff team. The breakfast was faultless with everything we could possibly want, from fresh fruit and fresh honey to cooked breakfast, salads and Greek specialties. On our first evening we ate at the hotel, it was so good that we continued to eat at the hotel for most of our meals! (We’ve never done that before). All the staff team were welcoming, I asked for recommendations from the receptionist and was given lots of helpful information. This is perhaps as you’d expect, but every other member of staff was generous and attentive, from the pool attendant, to the room team as well as waiters. I think the manager is an exceptional person to inspire this kind of dedication. So all I can say is a very big thank you.
