Business meeting stay
Very nice hotel. Was denied a late checkout requested for 1 hour, but other than that was a good experience. Bed was very comfortable annd room was very spacious and clean. Pools were amazing along with the swim up bar. Staff was very supportive.

Mediocre
The place was clean and functional. But hot water was sporadic, service was indifferent, internet was slow, and the food was expensive but mediocre. The restaurants are obnoxiously loud, and lack ocean views. There's nowhere to have a romantic dinner. The pool was great. But overall, I would not recommend.

Great Stay with Friendly Service
The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The property was beautiful, the rooms were clean and modern, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. My daughter absolutely loved the pool, and I have to give a special shoutout to Ricardo at the Lobby Bar and Ramon at the poolside service—they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their excellent service truly stood out. Highly recommend this place for families or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Wonderful
5 Alvin was very good and courteous, he took the time to provide us with all the safety info and we even have time to talk about our previous kayaking experience. Alvin made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. We definitely recommend this activity.

Outstanding meeting venue
Exception venue for annual sales meeting. Ballroom, meeting space, and events team were great. Our team was very happy with guest rooms and resort accommodations. Overhears comments from team members they would come back with their families in the future.
