Good, but not very Puerto Rican
If you want a true resort experience and want to say you visited P.R., this is a great place. Super friendly staff. Professional and accommodating. This is not the place if you are looking to experience the food and culture of Puerto Rico. Restaurants were good, but nothing special. Puerto Rican in name only. The flavors were not there. Asian themed restaurant was average at best. Could have left the resort for better food, but then why stay at the resort? Again, the resort was great. It just did not feel like I was in Puerto Rico. Could have stayed on the mainland and been just as happy. I do want to end my review by repeating myself. The staff was great!

Great service
We had a large group of 17 girls and had the best time at the beach and pool. Angel Cruz and Carlos Sanchez helped our crew the whole weekend and were so so awesome and treated us so well. They really made the experience. Thank you guys!!!!!!!!!!

Wonderful staff, and wonderful property. Everything was clean, and everybody was very courteous and pleasant 💕 we were there for a business trip, but we witnessed many other events happening at the same time and you could tell everybody knew what their job was and how to do it! no other event was disturbed. Everything was done Beautifully

Exceptional hotel in a perfect location
Great hotel, friendly staff, would definitely return. The amenities were exceptional, nice spacious rooms, beautiful location with beachfront on all sides of the resort. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Great for leisure or business with ample space for conferences, meetings and weddings.

Relaxing
Everything was very clean and service was great! Every morning the water/coffee were stocked and ready for my day. The pool staff was great! The only negative was the food truck at the pool did not give you enough food for the price. Ex...french fries are cheap...dont give me 10.
