We have loved our stay here. We would 100% come back again. The resort is perfect for couples or families. The resort is absolutely beautiful with great amenities and the BEST bartender Carlos! He’s super attentive and welcoming not to mention the great drinks!

Clean. Friendly staff. Great location and hotel. Great beach and pools. Breakfast was good. For lunch/dinners - Unless you solely dine at Nectar, highly recommend going off the resort for your meals. Had a small issue at the Italian restaurant (found plastic in salad) - management was supposed to make it right - nobody ever reached out or offered to correct

The hotel was nice but the activities were disappointing. The tennis courts need to be updated. The golf club didn’t have a tee until late but they don’t have a 9 hole rate. So we could only play 9 holes for almost 200 each!! We asked but they wouldn’t budge. Why wouldn’t they have a 9 hole rate?

This was a very nice resort. A few pros and cons: PROS- 1-Super friendly/helpful staff 2-Beautiful grounds/room/pool 3-Golf carts to bring you around the sprawling property was a nice touch 4-Servers at the pool were super attentive CONS- 1-VERY FAR from everything - it was an hour drive to both Old San Juan and El Yunque Rainforest-so if you don't have a car you are STUCK there. 2-Not many food options. The restaurant choices were expensive and not that great. Room service and the pool food truck were honestly the best options. 3-Nitpicky but....there was no clothes iron in the room and only one trash can....for as nice a room it was odd that the simple amenities like these were missing. TIPS- 1-If you have a car check out Kioskos de Luquillo. Great food options about 20 minutes away with tons of variety. 2-Bring a refillable water bottle. There are ice/fill stations around the property. 3-Walmart is close by and a great option for snacks/drinks so you are paying exorbitant resort fees for food/alcohol etc. And sunscreen too! ($26 for a spray can of sunscreen in the gift shop....ouch!) 4-Spotin El Yunque Rainforest/Waterslide adventure was AMAZING!

Beautiful resort with great food and service. Carlos’ service and pina colada’s made our days at the pool bar exceptional. Tuna tacos and grouper tacos were also amazing. Rooms were clean and well updated. Will definitely be back to this resort.
