Work/play in Puerto Rico
Beautiful facility for a cardiology conference. Multiple pools. The main pool with a l swim up bar was beautiful and well kept. Scenery is amazing. The staff were extremely attentive. At the pool, Ramon Gonzalez went out of his way to make us feel important. Repeatedly checked in to see how we were doing. Snorkeling outside of the hotel is not optimal with an extended reef. No options for a boogie boarding, sailing or surfing.

Great Time
The environment is very relaxing and the staff were great! The rooms are luxurious and the maid service was quick and friendly. Overall our stay was exceptional. The views of the ocean were beautiful and the weather was perfect during our stay. I would recommend this hotel.

The Hyatt Regency Resort is a stunning destination. The grounds are well-maintained, and the architecture is exquisite. The staff is warm and welcoming, consistently displaying positive attitudes and a willingness to assist guests. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The Pool Staff Made the Trip!
Our server, Ramon Gonzales, at the pool was amazing! Incredibly attentive and made sure we had a great time. Thank you Ramon! We also loved Wuanyerly - she was incredibly charismatic and kind, and we had a great time talking with her. Thank you both!

Wonderful experience. Beautiful scenery. Delicious food. Tried the new bar menu and it was delicious. Vast improvement from the prior menu. Gabriel is an excellent server. Very kind, polite, and attentive. Definitely recommend staying here.
