Wedding group vacation
Everything at the resort was incredible! We came as a group for a wedding. The dining options and night life were first class fabulous and our favorite part was breakfast at Roots with Juan P doing beyond an incredible job!! He was so kind, accommodating and an all around amazing person! We will definitely recommend this resort to everyone coming to PR!

Our server Juan at the Sunday buffet was fantastic. We really enjoyed our morning. Buffet was great and friendly service was spectacular. Lots of fresh fruit and local selections. Loved the plantains! ...............................

Wyndham staff were super friendly! Juan Pablo helped make a fun day deep sea fishing an amazing experience by suggesting to bring back our fish and the chef would cook it for us. The chef at Roots created one of our best meals ever with our freshly caught king fish. Great experience!

Joel from activities was awesome. His table tennis skills were too much for me. However I’m hoping that next time I can beat him. His courtesy with me and the other guests was remarkable, and his willingness to make sure that everyone was enjoying the experience is something that you can feel.

Amazing breakfast and guest service
Joanne was amazing in taking care of my family during our visit. The fresh omelette and waffles was my kids’ favorite! Amazing customer service and delicious, fresh breakfast! Would definitely recommend this location for a family vacation!
