Pool was great, loved the hot tub as well. Grounds were well kept. Food was delicious, and one of the best servers made the trip, Juan Pablo, was hilarious, and made things so quick and easy every time we ate breakfast. He’s been here for 30 years and helped us with any questions we had.

Great place to stay would go back in a heartbeat. Unless you want to do excursions, everything you need is there. Walk from the hotel grab a drink go in pool or walk a few more feet onto the beach. When the casino reopens this place will have it all.

Our stay was amazing, we had such a memorable time!!!! I loved the room, the view was so beautiful, and we didn’t want to check out! Our service was top notch and Marbella was one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had with the service. Service was impeccable thanks to Juan Pablo! We would 100% come back to stay here and enjoy all of the amenities of the resort :)

Joel, our wonderful host from the beach, provided fantastic service and assistance, making our experience truly exceptional. His help with the beach chairs was greatly appreciated, and his excellent service was a refreshing change. Definitely coming back! Highly recommended 👌🏻

Beware! They are doing major room renovations. We had a renovated room with ocean view and were awakened at 8:30 a.m with unbearable loud drilling right next to us. They moved us to a room on the second floor where there was less noise from construction. Our other complaint was the loud unpleasant drum music at the pools. Would not have minded if the music had been relaxing, but this was not local music or instrumentals, just drum beats. So loud it awakened us at 8:00 a.m. every morning. On the positive side, the service was great, beach was beautiful and the food at the restaurants was very good.
