Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre

A true 5 star experience. Exemplary, world class service. Very few hotels in the world (if any) have this level of; attention to detail, individual customer service, ambience and quality. From the airport transfer to room service and in between and all the way to check out and transfer back to the airport, the experience was incredible. Individual service from concierge and other staff was second to none. The staff regularly checked on me and my requirements via text and whatsapp during the day and actually pre empted most of my requests. By far the best hotel experience I have had anywhere in the world.

The Four Seasons is a Six star hotel. My only advice to them is “real elegance is toning down the excessive quest to see if the guest is being well looked-after, at some point its just too much, too overbearing. Be inspired by the Japanese, “attention with discretion- that’s the golden standard”. In sum, tone it down a notch.

Wow, what a great experience staying at this hotel not only does it look amazing from the outside as one of the most stunning buildings in Riyadh, but the interior will take your breath away! However, the staff specially the Front Desk is the best part of this place. They will go all out to make sure you have the best possible stay. I was feeling a little bit sick the next day and Atheer from front desk sent me fruits and hot tea just to make me feel better! Now that is Four Seasons Service! The amenities are great. They have the largest Gym I have seen so far for any hotel, the Spa is amazing and the manager Charbel puts every detail into exceptional standards. My room service lady made sure my room was clean 24/7. I want to also mention the best breakfast in Middle East and special thank you to guest services manager Turki, when I informed him about my medical needs. He found me a hospital and nearby and best Dr. to visit! I am so happy I chose this hotel and from now on will make sure everyone who comes to this wonderful city stays to here get the best experience as possible.

An amazing hotel. Excellent location. Excellent service. The experience was made so specially by the attention to detail and the service. The location is great. In the heart of Riyadh. In the kingdom centre. A cool building. The experience and service were excellent. I had an amazing time and every need was catered to. The butler service provided by Mohammed and Ibrahim was perfect. They helped me with any request. The concierge service was perfect. Organising restaurants, trips, events and local activities. Perfect for someone new to Riyadh and the KSA. The food was excellent. With a lovely breakfast at “the grill” and great service. So good. The room was amazing. Spacious with great in room amenities. I had a great view of Riyadh. So excellent. Located on level 42. The pool was excellent. Very nice to relax at in the heat of summer. The gym. It is huge and has amazing equipment. It is THE BEST GYM IN A HOTEL IN THE WORLD. also mostly empty. Excellent spa, steam room, hot and cold pools. I loved this hotel. 100% will come back. So perfect.

Beautifully appointed luxury rooms, great service. There was construction noise during my stay but management contacted me to apologise and as a gesture offered me an alternate room or drink. The warm service was much appreciated. Very comfortable bed. Clean, modern and comfortable.
