Samoset Resort On The Ocean

Samoset is a top notch property. The amenities are good. Location is perfect for hikes, dining and relaxing!

Hands down one of the nicest resorts in New England! Ocean views with great golf….Couldn’t ask for more. The food was excellent each night and the cooked to order breakfast was perfect. I’ll definitely be back for a family trip or golf weekend next year.

Doorman and check-in staff were welcoming. Housekeeping staff were nice and did a fabulous job. Golf course in best shape we've seen in years! Breakfast brunch (only meal we ate at hotel) was delicious with varied items and wait staff happy and did a good job despite fact that they were understaffed. Room was clean and view....outstanding.

I can’t imagine a better experience than staying at The Samoset Resort. The views are spectacular and the golf course, pool, spa and restaurant are top shelf. The management is clearly exceptional as every employee goes beyond expectations to ensure your stay is maximized. If you are traveling to the mid-coast you are making a mistake if you don’t choose The Samoset Resort!

We spent our anniversary at Samoset - for the 12th time in the past 13 years, and to be honest, we wouldn’t go anywhere else. Samoset has it all: impeccable Oceanside golf course; indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs; fitness room; on site restaurant with incredible food and drinks / specialty cocktails; inviting comfortable lounges with open hearth fireplaces; meeting and conference facilities; wedding ceremony accommodations; sensationally immaculate grounds; incredibly comfortable and spacious rooms, many with ocean views; friendly, professional and dedicated staff; and an entire management team who really, sincerely care about their guest - to name a few. In all sincerity, you would be missing out were you not to stay at this top rated resort. In a word - AMAZING!!
