Excellent new 5 star in great location
Beautiful New hotel in convenient location. The room a junior suite was huge with all you would expect from a 5 star. staff courteous throughout, at front desk, doormen very helpful. breakfast very very good with very kind staff. Lobby bar nice , rooftop bar trendy. Close to train station in a less crowded location but not far front m main sights . Will definitely return

Is hot water too much to ask for?
Beautiful hotel, but I’m writing this review from a junior suite without adequate hot water, two nights into a three night stay. If you turn on the shower to its maximum heat and let it run for 15 minutes, it gets hot enough, barely, for a shower. The sink faucets are worse. We’ve brought this to the attention of the staff (nicely) a number of times and have been told that the problem has been addressed. But there has been no improvement. This evening when we returned from dinner the staff member at reception acknowledged that there was a problem, but told me, and I quote, “The room is for sleeping. You can wash in cold water.” That’s great if you’re camping, but not in a supposedly five star hotel. Unbelievable.

An exquisite hotel in a great location.
An unbelievably luxurious hotel in a great location. The rooms are comfortable with top notch amenities. The staff is professional, polite, and knowledgeable. My favorite hotel that I have ever had the pleasure of staying in (and I have stayed in hundreds). I highly recommend!

Most Helpful Concierge
We were stranded on 29th October by a Taxi from Roma Termini as he refused to ride via the meter. We walked to Anantara and met Mr. Francoix (I am sorry if I got the name wrong). He was extremely helpful and ordered a taxi immediately. He spoke to the taxi driver and ensured he dropped us to the destination. This level of service is exceptional and makes us want to stay at the Anantara the next time

No Pool and no view from the Bedroom
Whilst the hotel is very impressive in appearance and the staff are very helpful and friendly, we were disappointed by our stay. We booked the hotel with the expectation that we would have use of the roof top pool and would have a view of the Rome skyline. The pool was closed for winter (outside temperatures were 24c) and the view from our room was a brick wall. Considering the price we paid for our three night stay we feel duped.
