The hotel was poorly managed. our room was very cold and we asked the front desk guy whose name was Julian to change our room and he said he does not have empty room and we asked to heat up our room and he did not do any thing and we were freezing all night. it was my first time traveling to Italy and my nephew who is a student in Italy , next day came from other side of the country to visit us and at night time he missed his train and had to stay with us. we asked that un professional and nervous Julian to pay extra to let him to stay with us and he said he does not have room and did not let him to stay in our room and. then he called the police and police came and my husband said to let him stay in the lobby until morning to go get the train and police accepted , but Julian did not because he wanted to sleep. and middle of the night my husband and my nephew had to leave hotel to walk in that freezing weather until morning to get the next day train. we asked other hotels, they said the hotel HAD to let you stay in the lobby by the law of the hotels and the hotel behavior was not accepted. it is a shame and against humanity to treat a tourist like this. I am even disappointed with the police how they do not know the rules of their country and treated us like that. Worst hotel ever with zero management and rude Julian.

Located very nicely in the center of Rome, this is a modern hotel with nice facilities. Some good restaurants on it's doorstep and pretty close to anything you really need. I would stay here again as I have nothing to fault with this hotel, breakfast was very solid and the rooms were very nice, clean and modern.

The hotel has modern rooms and spacious bathroom with good shower. The air con is non existent, it was warm outside but I’d imagine this might be more of an issue if the temperature was as high as it was earlier in the summer. I heard another guy mention their AC at the front desk and they said they would look at it but also offered a fan. Sounded like they knew there was an issue and prob wouldn’t even try and fix it as they already know they can’t? Also there was an issue with my room key. It would take at least 50 attempts to make it work each time. I did bring to the desk the first few times and they reloaded it which helped but would stop working soon after. This was quite tiresome after a while! The breakfast was very good, not a massive choice but I enjoyed it, very friendly staff, and seemed to be a good atmosphere with other residents. No problem when asking for a second coffee. The downstairs bar is essentially just a corner of the lobby, think it’s there more to say they have one, and really can’t see anyone wanting to sit and have a drink there. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would def come back and stay again. I prob got unlucky with the key but it would be good if they sorted the AC as in July/Aug I’d say this might be a problem. Thanks Divine Luxury

This hotel is fantastic. Great location, very quiet and also has a few nice restaurants near by. Was very pleasantly surprised to find a fully stocked mini bar which was free to use. Such a lovely and welcome gesture from the hotel. The only negative was the air con was not great and very warm in the room. Very nice staff on front desk. Would definitely return!
