With its dramatic ivy-covered façade and quiet luxury, the Hotel Raphael Rome is a sanctuary in the midst of the Eternal City. The lobby boasts a collection of Picasso ceramics, while rare objets d'art make the Grand Hall a pleasing retreat. Enjoy fabulous guest rooms and suitesâ€"some with private terracesâ€"that feel as if they belong in a palazzo, and deluxe apartments that owe their beauty to Florentine masters of decorative arts.

Thank you so much to The Raphael Hotel. What an incredible experience. From the moment we checked in to the time we left we loved our stay so much. The staff were all so lovely and friendly. They always were ready to help with any needs. Our room was very clean and well decorated. Great bathrooms as well. The food was delicious. We will certainly be staying here on our next visit to Roma!

Exceptional base for weeklong stay for four adults. Superb staff; always helpful & cheerful. Harpist at breakfast buffet was great treat. Dinner at Mater Terrae restaurant & rooftop cocktails were delightful. One of our best stays, ever.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Raphael. The rooms are vey clean and comfortable (I had a Richard Meir Executive Deluxe room). It was a little smaller than I had thought, but still very nice and the furnishings, comfort and housekeeping were excellent. The service at the hotel is outstanding. Everyone I encountered was welcoming and had a customer service attitude--going out of their way to be helpful. I wish I could remember all of their names, some were Angelica, Isabella and Ricardo, but I almost feel bad naming just a few as everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect to explore Rome. Almost any site was no more than a 20 minute walk, with many sites much closer. I had breakfast at the hotel each morning and it was outstanding as well. A great selection of fresh food in the buffet area, or you can get some things (such as an omelette, pancakes, etc.) prepared for you. I asked if they had oatmeal (porridge) and while not on the menu they made it for me one morning. Many of the days they had a harpist in the breakfast dining room which was so nice. One very minor suggestion--try to keep small bills and coins to make change for guest who take money out from ATM's (generally the ATM's dispatched €50 notes and I needed smaller notes/coins for tips) but very minor item. I truly enjoyed the hotel and would highly recommend it. The hotel team is terrific and I appreciate the kindness shown to me on my visit,

OUTSTANDING. Words just can't describe the 6 star service and experience we were provided during a very short stay.Emma,Tanya and management made this stay one that will live in our memory for many a year. When we are in Rome we always stayed at another very famous 5 star hotel & it is has always been excellent. However the Bio hotel Raphael Rome just blew the other hotel out of the water. The Raphael is now where we will stay every time without fail.I could go on and on about the service, food, attention to detail etc etc however i fear that the praise they deserve just wouldn't stop or be anywhere near enough. Thank you Emma for all your understanding at the time of booking, for the amazing suite and for your incredible compassion, understanding and professionalism. A six star experience all round.
