Great location, rooms, and service. Should improve on vegan options.
Location can't be beat, staff and rooms are great! Vegetarian hotel with limited vegan options. Seems like a very simple shift to make and definitely a missed opportunity.

Amazing!
OMG! Absolutely amazing! We had a couple of drinks and some snacks on the rooftop! The views are amazing! We had been on a 3 country visit and these views were some of the best we had the entire time! The waitstaff was very attentive and so nice. We were greeted warmly and welcomed enthusiastically also. We loved this place!

The Best Stay in Roma!
Thank you so much to The Raphael Hotel. What an incredible experience. From the moment we checked in to the time we left we loved our stay so much. The staff were all so lovely and friendly. They always were ready to help with any needs. Our room was very clean and well decorated. Great bathrooms as well. The food was delicious. We will certainly be staying here on our next visit to Roma!

Superb hotel; one of our best stays, ever!
Exceptional base for weeklong stay for four adults. Superb staff; always helpful & cheerful. Harpist at breakfast buffet was great treat. Dinner at Mater Terrae restaurant & rooftop cocktails were delightful. One of our best stays, ever.
