The Best Hotel in the City of Rome
Exceptionally nice property - the best in the city of Rome. Beyond that the staff is excellent! All of them gave us their full attention to satisfy our needs. From Mario the manager in duty, to Chiara from the reception and to Gianluca that help us all the time! I also must mention the names of Alice Tamburini the Groups and Reservations Specialist and of Miriana from the lounge. My wife and me had an excellent stay at Rome thanks to you dear friends !!!

Wonderful hotel in Rome
The intercontinental Rome Ambasciatori palace is a beautiful hotel. Our room was lovely, spacious and very comfortable with a balcony. The concierge team are exceptional and organized several tours of the city and arranged dinners that were wonderful and all were well beyond our expectations! We will definitely return to this hotel as it was a wonderful experience.

Great Views and Excellent Service
Visited the Charlies bar a couple of times for drinks and cigars. Everyone in staff is welcoming, smiling and seem to enjoy their work be it the welcome in the lobby or the bar staff. The views are gorgeous of course. They were accommodating to serve oysters in the bar which we consumed a bucket load of! Must try!

A True 5 Star Experience
We had the pleasure of spending 3 nights in mid-October. The hotel is beautiful, breakfast and dinners were great, nice fitness center and generously sized rooms. But what truly stands out is the service. The service was truly exceptional in all parts of the hotel. Too many employees to name them all but I have to mention the concierge team lead by Cristian as truly going above and beyond in delivering a 5 star experience. Cristian and his colleagues, Nicolo and Lucrezia, are true professionals and masters of their craft. Additionally, Valerio at the door was very helpful with advice, directions, transportation and local tips. The front desk team, the housekeeping staff and restaurant staff were all amazing as well. We were treated like family. Overall we were thrilled with our experience and look forward to our next visit.

Wonderful hotel!
This hotel is wonderful and conveniently located. Shopping and attractions within walking distance. Our office is located just across the street. Staff, reception, waiters offered great service. Food was great. Fast and easy check in and check out. Room was spacious, bed very comfortable. Atmosphere and services as expected for a 5 star hotel. The hotel offered to keep my luggage for a whole week while I took a side trip. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Overall a pleasant stay.
