NH Collection Roma Giustiniano

This modern hotel is about a 15 minute walk from St. Peter's Basilica, and a block away from a superb shopping district. The staff were very accommodating (shout out to Marika and Lorenzo at the concierge desk, and to Roberto and Mattie in the bar/restaurant). The rooms were excellent, and the showers had great water pressure. Would stay here again.

The room was beautiful with all modern amenities. The staff, particularly Enrique, were extremely helpful. The location is near The Vatican, restaurants and shopping. The breakfast buffet is very thorough in the selection of items available.

This is the third time ( over the last ten years) we’ve stayed at the NH and we just love the location and the rooms. It is near the Vatican and many nice restaurants. But even better was the staff. In particular Marika checked us in and gave us such a fun welcome. Not only was she very efficient but she was friendly, fun and so helpful. Another front desk person (a young lady) was especially helpful in setting up a tour of the catacombs — I wish I could remember her name because she not only helped us figure out how to get to the meeting point but gave us her card in case we got lost or had more question. The staff at the morning breakfast was ok but we were not able to get their attention for additional service.

Awesome location, a few blocks away from The Vatican, local restaurants and sights. The comfiest beds, excellent food, but the best was the attention, and Michelle and Maria Concetta were excellent helping ladies, we had the best time in Rome (;
