NIce clean hotel but service was poor.

I booked for a month after seeing the picture of their swimming pool online. But found out it was closed when I arrived. I asked if they might provide help with finding me a pool. It took 5 days. The room I stayed in had a funky odor and one of the managers came upstairs but couldn't smell anything. Finally after a few weeks they offered me another room. I also made a special request to be on the lookout for a package I was expecting. It's been 2 weeks and when I tracked it, it showed the hotel had refused it twice. That was 4 days ago they said they would handle everything. I gave them the tracking number. Yet everyday nothing, they don't know anything. There is no follow up or care. This morning again I asked worried the package would be returned. Two people downstairs claimed that it was because 40 Euros was due. I've paid in full for 1 month in advance and it is against policy to trust a guest for 40 euros. I don't know what is going on. The hotel is not full at this time of year. Yet they don't have time to handle anything immediately or with care. The hotel is beautiful but for me it stops there. I can't imagine why they would refuse a package twice. Now my cousin is working on getting it for me. She contacted UPS today and they claimed there was no money due. The staff claims to care about guest happiness but don't have any recall of requests made in first couple of days. They blamed me after 4 days of not handling my delivery, that I had been sick, that money was due, but never left a note or called up to the room. To say that my package was refused. Just a huge waste of style.

Great Rome Hotel - the Rome Edition

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

This hotel really excels at everything, from the first hello to the last goodbye. Beautiful design and great location, but most importantly the staff are really friendly and helpful. The staff at reception, the concierge, the restaurant, and both the Jade Bar and the Punch Room could not have been more thoughtful and helpful.

Perfection in Rome

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

This hotel is the perfect place to stay while in Rome. It’s very central to all Rome has to offer. The rooms are comfortable and the staff top notch. The gym is excellent and we loved the bar at night for a cocktail. We will definitely stay there again when back in Italy.

Luxury hotel unable to arrange basic tour services

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

Our stay in late October/early November was significantly diminished by a crucial service failure. Despite being a luxury hotel in Rome, the concierge was unable to arrange tours for the city's two primary attractions - the Colosseum and Vatican Museums. For a high-end property in one of the world's most visited cities, this service gap was unacceptable. We had specifically chosen this hotel anticipating expert concierge assistance with accessing these iconic sites, so their inability to secure any tours severely impacted our experience. This basic service failure made it impossible to recommend what otherwise might have been an exceptional stay.

Noisy and RUDE

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

Not the place to stay if you’re not looking to party. Unbelievably loud music that transfers to the first floor rooms (and possibly beyond). But what is so disappointing is how incredibly rude the front desk staff are. I did not catch the woman’s name but I have never been made to feel so stupid when complaining about the noise late at night. I will never come back to this location. Such as shame having been a long time fan of nyc and Miami locations.
