I had an amazing 5 night stay (March 19-24) with my family at St Regis Rome. From the moment we entered the hotel, we felt at home, and highly appreciated. We also had the good fortune of being upgraded to a beautiful corner Astor Suite on a Marriott points based stay. I'm a Marriott Platinum for life with 760 hotel stays. Every staff member, without exception, was incredibly warm and welcoming to all of us, especially our children (with frequent candy and balloons). All aspects of the stay were perfect, from being shown our room, the quality and frequency of housekeeping, the wonderful breakfasts, our in-room dining experience, the prompt care of our luggage, helping us secure dinner reservations, and the amazing transportation in their excellent customized Mercedes van. This was our second stay at the hotel, our first stay was during our honeymoon nearly 10 years ago. I can't think of a more fabulous property. I deeply apologize for not knowing the name of more staff members (as many more deserved to be recognized than are listed here), but thank you Chef Christiano, Luigi, Martina, the incredibly pleasant dark and curly haired young lady at breakfast, Francesco, and others.

From the moment we checked in to the final goodbye, every interaction with the hotel team was nothing short of exceptional. The warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail shown by each member of the staff made our stay truly memorable. I would especially like to recognise a few individuals who went above and beyond to make our time at St. Regis feel so special: Chiara Castellucci from the Front Office – for her gracious welcome and support Chef Christiano – whose culinary creations at Lumen were unforgettable (and whose love for AS Roma made for fun conversations) Alessia and Giada from Lumen – always cheerful and attentive, adding a personal touch to every breakfast Andre, the Doorman – ever courteous and welcoming Giovanni, Chiara, and Gianluca from the Butler team – for their impeccable service and thoughtful gestures throughout our stay The genuine hospitality and impeccable service across the board reflected the St. Regis legacy in every sense.

This hotel is beautiful. The entire staff is incredible. Very welcoming and friendly. I don't usually write reviews, but feel compelled to after this stay. From the not one, but two, surprise welcome gifts in the room to celebrate the special occasion to one of the waitstaff going out of his way to handle a currency exchange due to the next day being a Sunday ("you are on vacation, you shouldn't have to worry") to multiple other things, this place was great. A museum with guest rooms.

Had the best time. Hands down best staff I’ve ever met at a St Regis. Salvator (breakfast staff) was the most welcoming out of all. He was excellent vibes and sooooo funny! He made our entire trip to Rome worth it! Really enjoyed the breakfast experience and how hospitable the staff were.

Stayed here as a couple with reward points and couldn’t have made a better choice! Stunning lobby, truly luxurious room and wonderful, attentive staff. The location is easy for walking and a great area. The Aqua de Parma amenities were a nice treat as well. We will absolutely be back to this truly lovely hotel when next in Rome - as soon as we save up our points! Be sure to explore the hotel and find the historic elevator made by Cesar Ritz himself - a fun treat for history nerds! And definitely don’t miss the nightly sabrage!
