This charming gem of a hotel is perched oceanside, by the most magnificent aqua blue water and pearly white, sugary sand beaches I have ever seen. As partners and hosts of the inaugural 2025 Gulf Coast Regional Marketplace, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for the warm and gracious hospitality we received during our stay. From the welcoming front desk check-in to the delicious and savory dishes at each meal, every moment was memorable. Your authentic seafood paella served tableside straight from the sizzling pan was a standout for me as well as our specialty cocktail mixology experience in Havana Beach Bar & Grill. I’m still dreaming about the luxurious bed linens providing a perfect night’s sleep.

The property is gorgeous. It's near a lot of food and shopping options but most importantly it is very close to the beach! The pillows and beds are so comfortable. I travel a ton for work and it may be the best sleep I've ever had in a hotel. The rooms were thoughtfully put together and the amenities are special. I definitely recommend this property for the location, amenities, staff, and comfort!

All staff are wonderful we went for our anniversary and we felt spoiled … they are very considerate and helpful , can’t wait for come back … the food is delicious every single spot in the hotel is charm and cozy… is wonderful …. The have a lot amenities love it … the lopez

This week we spent four days and 3 nights at the Beautiful Pearl Hotel in Rosemary Beach, Florida. You can’t believe the level of service you receive in this hotel. Upon early arrival we were greeted by concierge service at checkin which included our room being ready before standard checkin and friendly professional service which included dinner recommendations and reservations and to top it off, two glasses of Prosecco for my wife and I. Each time a member of the staff addressed you they knew your name, unreal, The room was impeccably appointed and extremely clean. You have to experience this level of service to believe it. We enjoyed it immensely and I think you would too. And all this in one of the most beautiful beach communities in Florida.

We absolutely loved our time at The Pearl and will be back again. Service is top notch - Kyle is star - and hotel is one of the dreamiest I’ve ever stayed at. We were welcomed by name (and champagne toast) upon arrival at valet and throughout our entire stay. The little town is beautiful and we even enjoyed a New Years stroll along the private beach.
