The Pearl Hotel

One of the worst hotel experiences ever! With a Very expensive price ($800 nightly) in a great location, you would expect that everything would be 5 stars. Other than a very cordial front desk staff and excellent valet service, this hotel is a complete bust! The walls between the rooms are so thin that you can actually hear the conversation in the adjoining rooms as well as the many unpleasant things that we were subjected to such as our neighbors engaging in verbal domestic abuse and overly vocal and amorous love making both during the day and at night. The housekeeping staff never came at appropriate times and threw my bottle of expensive scripted medication out during their cleaning or in some other way made it disappear. The response of the manager I spoke with (Mario) was "we are not responsible for the disappearance of items in your room". Please do yourself a favor-Do Not book a stay at this hotel!

The hotel is a Forbes standard and here is why: it was the best experience I have ever had. Starting with the reservation, Beata was very helpful and because I mentioned it was my birthday, they left a bottle of champagne in my room. The bellmen are great, all of them, but I only remember Kyle's name. Bridget checked me in and was sweet and informative. The room was lovely, immaculate. Housekeeping didn't miss a thing. Rose, the hostess at the restaurant, asked if I had any allergies (Wow.... they never ask). Waitress Yara (long hair) was soooo friendly, Erin was very attentive, never left me without coffee, and the guy with the injured hand was super nice. Amazing service, very well trained!!! The concierge is totally passionate about what she does and gave us tons of things to do. They offer bikes, kayaks, all complimentary. The beach is gorgeous and you can also enjoy the pool which is beautiful. It's full of restaurants around, the area is pretty, but trust me….. they have the best food ever. What a breakfast, Jesus!!!! There is no perfection when it comes to hospitality, but I dare you to find anything wrong at The Pearl!

This is a small hotel, very understated, blending in perfectly with the European-style ambience of the surrounding neighborhood. A variety of restaurants and small shops are literally right outside the door, down the street, and around the corner. Beach access through a private entrance is a few steps away. Rooms are nice. Friendly and helpful staff. All told, a very pleasant place to stay.

The attention to detail the staff and property had was unmatched! Truly a beautiful property. We were celebrating our anniversary and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. The hotel is in prime location for Rosemary Beach. Walking distance to everything, right next to the (private) beach, and it feels so luxurious. Every encounter with their staff was phenomenal and would highly recommended to anyone looking for a couple’s getaway.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional customer service. The staff was amazing from check in to check out. Convenient location to town, restaurants and shops (walkable or bike-able). Highly recommend and can not wait to come back and visit again!
