Solid week-long getaway
Solid place. Tasty food, incredibly friendly staff, and good amenities. Fishing charter was a great experience (12 fish in 2 hours). Bar staff are attentive. Restaurant options aren't plentiful, and the food isn't fancy but its everything you could want to fill your belly. Gym isn't all that updated, but they offer options including daily yoga with great instructors by the beach. Pools are clean. Property is safe. Won't break your budget.

Very enjoyable experience
The property was great including the staff. It was close to the tours we chose and on a hip strip. The only downfall was/is there's no elevators and the hot tub is adjacent to the pool so it's not an actual hot tub. The hibachi restaurant was very good and worth trying.

First time to Jamaica. The resort was fantastic, the staff was amazing and Jerk Chicken and pork, if you haven't tried it you don't know what your missing. Our experience with the staff at Raidant Spa was magical! We are definitely returning and bringing more friends next time.

Great service
My stay was amazing. Great customer service and incredible accommodations. I definitely recommend this property to family and friends and will also return for future trips. I love the beauty of the grounds and ease and accessibility to the ocean.

Pleasant stay .... could benefit from a refresh.
Brilliant customer service especially from the staff in Coral Cafe (Casheen, Fitzroy, Tevin, Anissa, Brianna, Rafoy). Maintenance staff dealt with issues in relation to AC promptly and my room was changed without me asking for this. The hotel, I feel, would benefit from repainting and furnishing could do with reupholstering. I would say that the rooms were basic but clean. As someone who likes to eat hot food, I found all meals to be too cold for my liking.
