Amazing First Time experience
Our first time in Jamaica. Excellent experience. To all the other people who wrote bad comments on this hôtel and staff instead of being constructive, you should refrain yourself. A perfect hôtel expectation does not exist. If you want hôtel staff to smile at you then start by putting a smile on your own face. Thats what i do I always get fantastic service every where I go. Think about it… Yes, the rooms are out dated. But they are very clean and comfortable. Everything works perfectly. The food and service was the best I have ever had. Go in with an open mind but mostly be kind and joyfull and you will receive the same.

Excellent vacation, great accommadations and staff! Janice and Whitney were friendly and kind!! A few completeed her ladder of drinks, very fun! Room was good, AC and WiFi worked well... Food was great with many options at any location you chose.

Nice Place for a Day Pass
Nice setting, good amenities. We did a day pass while on a cruise. The service for drinks was steady and there were nice seating options both on the beach and in the pool area. Nice swim up bar. Overall, facility was a little dated but very clean. Price included transportation which was great. Excellent security both at the port and resort. Food was okay.

Overall a great vacation!!
Great trip! Resort is kept spotless. Staff is helpful and always friendly. Could use some more fresh fruit choices. There were no bananas all week or berries. The only thing we were really unhappy with was the transfer to the resort took 4 hrs from the airport.

No better all-inclusive in Jamaica
The best all-inclusive I go to. I keep going back and back again!! Everyone I talked to felt the same way. They had been there multiple times too. GM Barbara has a great staff. Love Jewel Paradise Cove. I've already planned a visit in the fall. Pure relaxation and social interaction. Your choice 😁
