Relaxing stay at Rufflets hotel
Lovely overnight stay at this hotel, very relaxing place. Bar/restaurant areas are lovely, our room was ok, nothing special. The real stars of this hotel are the staff. Gavin in the bar is excellent! His knowledge and professionalism was outstanding! I would give him a job. The lady in the restaurant, sorry I didn’t catch her name , I am assuming she was Supervisor/manager was so friendly and nothing was a bother. She was brilliant! Lovely warm welcome from reception on arrival, gave us lots of information on the hotel and St Andrews.

A comfortable retreat
The hotel is situated in a lovely rural location outside St Andrews and has a very peaceful setting. We had a standard double which was comfortable but a little tired in places. The public areas are very nice and comfortable with a relaxing feel. The meal we had was well cooked and very tasty and the breakfast was cooked to order. Very friendly staff made our stay pleasant. The hotel was quiet during our stay which made it feel more like a private house than a hotel but it was comfortable. All in all very nice and would return.

Had a lovely stay at Rufflets. Good food freshly cooked to order. Comfortable accommodation /Damson Suite with a patio area. Extensive gardens for walking. Our Schnoodle dog Minnie, she was given a welcome letter and dog treats on arrival, a nice touch. We had a very nice stay at Rufflets and Minnie had a lovely holiday too. We wouldn't hesitate to retu

Excellent 2 night stay at Rufflets Hotel
Excellent room, newly refurbished and excellent cuisine, very clean hotel, breakfast was superb, Staff lovely and very helpful and professional.
