A true luxury experience. The staff is amazing. All they do is try to delight you. There is no “no.” Stuffed animal for kids back home - yes. Special requests for food or beverage - yes. Extra help with reservations - yes. The included breakfast is incredible. Lunch excellent. Anything you want they jump to make it happen. A true “palace” experience. The facilities are quiet and romantic. This is a place of pampering and relaxation. Go elsewhere for a beach party.

The severs at lunch were extremely unprofessional. The waitress insisted I ordered something I absolutely never would have ordered and the sommelier poured an expensive wine and literally told my husband it was good before he could try it. Not 5 star service at lunch at all.

This ultra luxurious property is by far the best place to stay when looking for a 5 star property with Palace distinction. The beach, Flamands, is one of the best on the island. The property, location, staff, food quality , and accommodations will exceed your expectations. As a traveler accustomed to staying at the finest hotels in the world, this property should be top on your list for a visit to St Barth. This resort is an asset to the LVMH family.

We just celebrated our wedding anniversary at Cheval Blanc St-Barth, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. Having been loyal guests for many years, we didn’t think it was possible for the team to surprise or impress us even more—but they did, effortlessly. From the moment you arrive, every detail is handled with precision and care. The seamless coordination across room service, the exceptional restaurants, and the attentive management team is simply unmatched. Their attention to detail is truly impeccable—they remember your dietary preferences, your likes and dislikes, and anticipate your needs in ways that make you feel completely known and cherished. I wanted to highlight two examples of exceptional service that we received whilst my wife and I stayed at Cheval Blanc for 7 nights in Dec 2024. (i) My wife dropped a (diamond cartier) earring down the sink in our suite and was quite understandably a little distressed ! I messaged our Butler via our Whatsapp chat and within in literally 5 minutes a Handy Man arrived to our room with a toolbox and the earring was back on my wife's ear within 10 minutes ! (ii) Without even asking our butler asked us if we would like a late check out so we could shower in the room before the car service took us to the airport. (when does that EVER happen in any hotel?!) I have stayed in many hotels who claim to have a butler service, but in reality the messages just go into an abyss somewhere (looking at you St Regis :) The Cheval Blanc butler service is truly value add and amazing! A real additional asset to what is already an amazing hotel and experience. Too many other great things and people to mention but Manuel the room director is a true saint who keeps calm under pressure in a very challenging role and lastly all the beach boys who are non-stop running around with a smile all day every day!
