I wanted to highlight two examples of exceptional service that we received whilst my wife and I stayed at Cheval Blanc for 7 nights in Dec 2024. (i) My wife dropped a (diamond cartier) earring down the sink in our suite and was quite understandably a little distressed ! I messaged our Butler via our Whatsapp chat and within in literally 5 minutes a Handy Man arrived to our room with a toolbox and the earring was back on my wife's ear within 10 minutes ! (ii) Without even asking our butler asked us if we would like a late check out so we could shower in the room before the car service took us to the airport. (when does that EVER happen in any hotel?!) I have stayed in many hotels who claim to have a butler service, but in reality the messages just go into an abyss somewhere (looking at you St Regis :) The Cheval Blanc butler service is truly value add and amazing! A real additional asset to what is already an amazing hotel and experience. Too many other great things and people to mention but Manuel the room director is a true saint who keeps calm under pressure in a very challenging role and lastly all the beach boys who are non-stop running around with a smile all day every day! Thank you Cheval Blanc !

Cheval allows you to enjoy the perfect balance of St. Barth. You have access to the best beach on the island and everything is quiet and peaceful. If you want to go party, you are just a short taxi ride away that they always arrange very quickly. The rooms are beautiful with excellent ocean views. We had a plunge pool, which was a nice bonus. The staff is excellent and goes out of their way to give you a great experience. I have recommended Cheval to many and no one is ever disappointed.

Went to meet friends for lunch at the hotel and had a horrible encounter with the rudest employee imaginable at the La Case bar. Where every other member of the staff is personable and professional, this person does not belong in hospitality or any front facing role with the public. The lunch was lovely, and the property is always a delight to visit. But the initial experience of an encounter with a rogue employee leaves a bitter after taste, even though the Paris Brest dessert they serve is one of the best sugary confections in the world.

We really enjoyed our stay at Cheval Blanc St. Barth. We were delighted by the French hospitality. The property and beach are absolutely stunning. The valet and housekeeping were wonderful. We loved the beautiful desserts and delicious fruity tea they surprised us with one afternoon. We are very glad we chose this hotel and look forward to staying at other Cheval Blanc properties in the future.

The hotel staff cares only about the people who stays there … we ate lunch there and had drinks and spent money .. and they hated that we came there .. very snobbish … food is very expensive … Beautiful scenery … beautiful water … there were racist guests next to us who kept sayiing bad things about the other guests who were from Venezuela … crazy
