Villa Marie Saint-Barth

My stay at the Gyp Sea Hotel was absolutely wonderful. Nestled on Colombier Hill, the hotel offers stunning views of Flamands Bay that make every moment feel special. The bohemian-colonial décor of the rooms is elegant and cozy, with every detail designed for comfort. The dining experience was excellent and fresh, flavorful dishes served in a beautiful setting. I also enjoyed relaxing at the exclusive Gyp Sea Beach Club, which felt like a private paradise with its turquoise waters and tranquil vibe. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure every part of my stay was perfect. Whether it’s for a romantic escape or a peaceful retreat, Gyp Sea Hotel is an incredible choice. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

We had such a great stay at Gypsea. It was a tropical paradise and couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. Pool great, nice and private , beautiful interior space, great food and wonderful, attentive staff. Taxis were never a problem and the staff helped to make sure everything was perfect!

Our stay at GypSea was amazing. The service and hospitality were excellent from the moment we arrived throughout our entire stay. Rooms are highest quality and impeccably kept. Within walking distance to Colombier Beach, which was an amazing hike and beach. They helped us to coordinate a rental car, shuttle to airport and to the beach club. They also helped with dinner suggestions and reservations. They communicated actively via WhatsApp to address any needs we had during our stay. We would highly recommend both couples and families to stay at the resort. We also met some other lovely couples and families were on vacation there. We look forward to returning!

highly recommend GypSea - it’s private, peaceful and sits atop a small mountain, so you get gorgeous views. Our party of 5 stayed in Villa Flamand, one of the beautiful and spacious two-bedroom villas with its own pool and outdoor living space, all of which we made good use of during our 5-night stay for a friend’s birthday celebration. The hotel was relaxing and tranquil, with such kind and helpful staff, always at the ready with shuttle rides from our room to reception and off-property, into town. We contacted the concierge team dozens of times prior to our trip to book dinner reservations and get other recommendations for our stay - Noemie, Manon, Viviane, Lucie and Charlotte are very well-connected and handled so many arrangements for our group which we were so grateful for. The complimentary breakfast each morning was so lovely and more substantial than we expected: delicious breads, made to order omelets, coffees, fruits and more - all by the pool and served by the wonderful Roxanne and team. I would love to return again and stay in exactly the same villa.

Our amazing experience for our group’s first time visiting Sr Barth would not have been so wonderful were it not for the Gypsea and all the incredible people who work here who took such superior care of us! The place is stunning, the food delicious, and the service five star in every way! Everyone is so welcoming, friendly, responsive, and attuned to helping meet all our requests and answering our many questions! All expectations were exceeded here and it was an added bonus to have the complimentary shuttle just a few minutes to the associated Gypsea Beach Club right by Nikki Beach and the Eden Rock. It was the right choice to book the spacious villas with their private pools and great space outdoor and indoor to host pre-parries - great value compared to other options on the island! And some of my favorite memories come from our hours long complimentary breakfasts outside with the turtles! I give this lovely establishment my highest recommendation, and I will be staying here again on my return visit!
