Mount Cinnamon Resort & Beach Club

We spent 6 wonderful days. The location overlooking Grand Anse and the grounds are amazing. The beach is essentially private. We enjoyed a snorkel off the beach, using the kayak and the loungers. The pool is refreshing and sparkling clean. The people are kind and food is delicious no matter the option. We are eager to return!

I recently celebrated my birthday at this boutique hotel with 11 friends, and it was an unforgettable experience! The food was absolutely amazing, the beach was stunning, and my hotel room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. A special shoutout to Laura, who went above and beyond to arrange all my events at the resort and made sure everything was perfect. She truly helped make my birthday celebration extraordinary. The staff’s attention to detail and warm hospitality made my weeklong stay so memorable. I can’t wait to return to this little slice of paradise.

We had a wonderful NYE celebration at Mount Cinnamon. The food , the staff is great & the GM makes sure his guests are happy & having a great time. What a nice way to ring in 2025. The GM, Mario Dorantes, was incredible. He always looks out for his customers & somehow how knows what you need before you even mention it. Truly customer service is his passion.

We picked this resort based on the 5 star rating. Unfortunately the experience did not live up to the rating. It’s hard to understand how this hotel was rated so high and the number of reviews that have specifically highlighted the service. I’ll start with the good - quality of food and drinks were great. The beach is very nice and the property itself is lovely. All in all, the hotel has a lot of potential. However, the service was horrible. We stayed 6 days and every day was a new disappointment. Without going into specifics, this hotel needs a full re organization of its staff and process.
