Alila, Napa Valley

We had a magical honeymoon weekend at Alila, in large part thanks to Janice. She hooked us up (after a very last minute request from us) with three truly incredible wine tastings that left us so, so happy with our weekend. On top of that, she and the rest of the Alila staff were so warm, flexible, and accommodating. Our room with private bonfire pit overlooking the winery was stunning, the spaces were all immaculately clean, and the spa was lovely (though we stuck to the complimentary steam room and pool given the short trip). Especially because we booked the property with Hyatt points, this was absolutely worth it for a memorable weekend in the Napa valley.

I recently stayed at Alila Napa and was genuinely impressed by its fantastic location right next to downtown Napa. It was so convenient to just walk out and be in the heart of everything—great for exploring the local scene. The staff were incredibly welcoming, always ready with a smile and eager to help, which made my visit feel really personal and cared for. The spa at Alila Napa was a highlight for me. It's a tranquil space where I could unwind completely, and the treatments left me feeling rejuvenated. The whole experience was comfortable and luxurious without feeling pretentious. If you're looking for a place that offers both a gateway to Napa's charms and a quiet spot to relax, Alila Napa ticks all the boxes.

Overall exceptional hospitality and service. My colleagues and I loved it so much we're thinking of making this an annual location for us to have our business meeting. The experience was like no other and I would recommend it for any small meeting or just a beautiful getaway

Good room, but overrated. I got a light won’t turned off, causing me to stay awake at night. Squeaking floor whenever upper level people started walking. A telephone not connected. And the room control is non responsive from the iPad and was pretty hard to use by the physical switch. Services are ok.

The hotel is excellent. We had a room with a view of a vineyard and the mountains. We used the spa (fantastic) and took two yoga classes offered at no charge (they were both amazing). Staff from housekeeping, valet, and reception were warm, welcoming, and willing to do whatever it took to make us happy. Spa team were also incredible. The massage from Gwen was perfect. Dinner at the restaurant (Violetta) was not a pleasant experience. We were seated in the bar area which happened to be very lively. Service was slow and the food was mediocre.
