The resort was amazing, the staff were even more amazing A trip of a lifetime We were there March1-8, room JD4 the room was breathtaking, the pool was perfect Every meal we ate at Jade mountain was delicious and 5 star The lunches at anse mamin beach, everyone raved about the burger and it lived up to the hype, all the food there was great Our primary domo’s were teddy and junior and they were awesome, they made the experience what it was, the level of detail with everything was incredible The road to Jade is bumpy, if you get motion sickness, take something Lastly all the excursions we did were amazing Snorkeling, scuba, sailing and the botanical garden tour with the mud bath were great We would 100% come back

Jade Mountain is a magical place. Whether it’s the rooms, the view, the food, the diving or simply the architecture, it is incredible and you won’t be disappointed. This was not our first trip to Jade Mountain but it certainly was memorable. My wife was in an accident on the second day of our stay and spent four nights in hospital an hour and a half from the resort. It’s a long story but for purposes of this review the key is that the people at Jade Mountain are truly what make the place special. Whether it was Keither or Troy or Ermin or any number of others we could not have been better cared for. I can’t begin to tell you how loving and kind all of these were to us. Thank you all so very much.

The gracious hospitality of Jade Mountain Resort was exceptional. We spent seven nights there and were addressed by our names beginning from day one. Our Sun Sanctuary exceeded our expectations in terms of luxury and comfort. We made frequent use of the infinity pool. The Jade Mountain Spa treatments, of which I had four, made me feel special. The meals were exceptional and we looked forward to each and every one on our all inclusive plan. Our full day sail with Captain Brad was simply perfect.

Jade Mountain is, hands down, the most outstanding destination we have ever experienced. It is not just a resort; it’s an extraordinary adventure that captivates us every time. Though we’ve traveled to many beautiful places, the allure of Jade keeps calling us back. We recently returned for the fourth time to celebrate another milestone anniversary, and somehow, it was even better than before. We had the time of our lives, while enriching our relationship in this breathtaking paradise. Jade Mountain's stunning sanctuaries offer unmatched privacy, absolutely breathtaking surroundings, and one-of-a-kind ambiance. It's the perfect balance of serenity, adventure, and INCREDIBLE romance. The dining is exceptional, with fresh, organic ingredients- many from Jade's own farm, that are crafted into delicious meals. From decadent breakfasts with their signature chocolate croissants, to incredible dinners and afternoon tea/treats, we've loved every dining experience, including thoughtful options for all dietary needs... not to mention the best homemade gluten-free bread anywhere. With endless activities like snorkeling, scuba, yoga, mixology classes, and wonderful spa treatments, our days here always bring something special. Yet what truly sets Jade Mountain apart is its remarkable team. It feels like family. Their warmth, professionalism, dedication, and deeply caring hearts elevate the experience beyond luxury— they make you feel special and valued. Jade Mountain is the best place we have EVER been. It is WONDERFUL. This is the most we've ever been pampered, and we're returning next year. Our #1 was if we needed to relax and not do activities, we'd be in a beautiful place with open air and a view and not feel we were in some box of a hotel room. This fit completely. We stayed first in a Sky Suite -- gorgeous, spacious, beautiful view - then moved to a Moon Pool Sanctuary 3 floors up. That pool was glorious and added to our relaxation. Alas the pool's chroma-lights were broken, all they did was strobe so we could not use them, but that was so minor we didn't really care. The tubs also have chroma-lights which were cool. You get assigned Major Domos who handle everything for you 24/7 -- all reservations, changes, requests, and surprises. Ours were wonderful! We felt completely pampered. One even made us a surprise aroma therapy bubble bath one night (loved that)!. They handle check-in and -out in your sanctuary too, completely seamless. The food at Jade Club was amazing. We ate at the Jade Club every night, the food was so good. They were careful about allergies, the menu changes every night and everything we had was delicious. Tip: have dessert sent to the room a couple hours after dinner, else we would have been too full to enjoy it. We had thought we'd try restaurants at Anse Chastenet, but the Jade Club was just too good to miss. Also a Bento box shows up every day in your fridge with 3 different yummy snacks so no need for lunch. We did and loved the Indian food cooking lesson -- the chef spent 2 hours instead of one and it was a private lesson. Lots of tasting and a full meal at the end. Wow. They thought of everything: yellow lights don't attract insects, provide a current converter, tons of fans, all room steps have floor lights so you can't miss-step. Things you should know: - There really IS NO other pool for everyone, despite what they told our travel agent. The only non-room pool is in the middle of the restaurant, you could only use it when there are no meals (so 2h/day), so no one does. So if you need a pool, book a pool room. - There are A LOT of stairs and steep hills. If you're not mobile or in decent shape, this is not for you!
