The spa is incredible. We had a treatment with Malisha who is a very talented massage therapist. She has magical hands and I could feel her healing powers. It’s was deeply relaxing and the setting was perfect with open doors to a private garden and bird song. After the treatment I was able to enjoy a luxurious outdoor shower with premium products. The experience was first class !!!!!

We recently stayed at La Samanna and once again we were very happy with the property and service. A beautiful resort with the best beach on St Martin.

We visited La Samanna for dinner only...and the food and service was so out-of-this-world that we went back 2 more times. Our first meal was at L'Oursin - the food was absolutely amazing. There's something for everyone on the menu, and the flavours and portion sizes are so satisfying. Our server Samuel added the perfect touch to a lovey evening - he was so attentive and his service was excellent. Our return visits to Laplaj were no different - excellent food and our servers Christine and Juju were just amazing. Overall the experiences were absolutely incredible.

Situated on perhaps the prettiest beach on St. Maarten. Great beach service and complementary water sports. Great snorkeling right off the beach (against the cliff to your left as you face the sea). The only downside of the beach is that independent boats come close to shore for snorkeling as well as dropping anchor for late afternoon parties on certain days which can take away from the chill vibe. There are two pools. The smaller of which is beautifully situated and overlooks the sea. This was our second visit and on both occasions we had big, beautiful junior suites with tremendous views. There are two restaurants. Fine dining in the main building and a more casual restaurant down below which still needs to find its footing. The island has some wonderful restaurant options and the hotel will arrange taxis for you. Typically the same driver will offer to pick you up on the return. Since our last visit, Belmont invested in a larger and more well equipped gym. Has everything you need. Lovely and well maintained property. All the hype is true.

We've traveled around the world for the past 20+ years and stayed at some very nice resorts. La Samanna might top them all. The staff was the nicest and most accommodating we've ever experienced. We ate at every restaurant on property and the food was all exceptional. My wife and I got the couples massage at the spa and it was perfect. The beach is pristine and the water is crystal clear. We loved it so much and can't wait to get back!
