Same procedure as every year :)
Every year we are coming to Abu Dhabi to exhibit at Adipec. This year we stayed once again at Cristal Hotel and there is nothing to complain at all: - Rooms are big and beds are comfortable - not noisy at all - you can get/buy everything at the mall opposite I have to highlight the great service of the Team of the restaurant: Edziel, Milistika, Joy, Elvis, Patrick and Chef Jen! In the morning we had a great variety of nice food from Western to Eastern and in the evening you can either go a-la-carte or joining the 80-100AED (dedeping on your room-rate - no clue how it worked - half of us had 10/20% discount) buffet, which was very good. I am awaiting Cristal's quote for the next year Adipec...

Very nice hotel in excellent location.
The hotel was very nice with lovely food and very good service. Room was very clean even though a bit small, but nicely appointed. Hotel has a wonderful central location. The coffee served in the evening was extremely strong and coffee served in the morning was much nicer.

Bad experience with bartenders
The hotel was outstanding. They upgraded my room and very comfortable room However, I had a most unpleasant experience with the bartender Sascha at the piano bar I just asked for cheese without meat but he snubbed me, saying I m busy Not only that, he came back to the table and started misbehaving again Could be racist behaviour as I’m an Indian Never encountered such behaviour in my life

Come to ski, say here?
This hotel has the best location in St Mortiz, it is the closest good hotel to the Chantarella lift on Corviglia anad is just a stones throw to the best restaurants, shopping and the famous Hanselmann's chocolates and confectionaries. The rooms are traditional, spotless and quite. The staff is accommodating and helpful. I've been staying here during the Christmas holidays for 40+ years and never been disappointed.

Great staff but uncomfortable rooms
Got picked up from the station by shuttle by the brilliant Gioannacio(spelling?). The rooms had a warmly feel which was maybe too warm with the lack of air con being abundantly apparent. Beds were too firm and uncomfortable. Water from the minibar is free so make use of it. We ate at the restaurant and were served by the attentive Patrik and Davide. Food was decent but a bit basic. Breakfast was a similar standard. Overall, decent value, fantastic staff but lacking comfort in rooms
