Nonsuch Bay

I’m a firm believer in comprehensive reviews so hang with me. First and foremost, Natasha is the best host we’ve had so far. From first contact to making sure we got home safely, she was amazing. When planning a trip to a place you’ve never been it’s great to have such a responsive host. Location - the location is quite remote so if you don’t mind being in the car, it’s worth the drive. Do plan ahead with groceries as it’s about 30min from the nearest store. But again; so worth the drive. Condo - Just wow! The porch is as amazing as the pictures look. The view is beautiful and the breeze is so lovely. Beds and couches are comfy. Kitchen is well stocked. And the condo is very spacious. It was nice to have a washing machine and the sun dried things quickly on the porch. There is AC in the bedrooms but it’s also open air so keep that in mind if central AC is your thing. It’s also downstairs so if that’s not your jam keep that in mind. Property - Beautiful and very well maintained. Bc it’s a bit remote it’s so quiet and peaceful and never felt crowded. There are three infinity pools, one of those is at the onsite restaurant: Breeze - AMAZING!! The atmosphere is so relaxing. The staff is just outstanding and the food is excellent. We’d totally recommend this property!

I HAVE ALREADY REBOOKED!! I seriously do not know where to begin, and guys that is a GREAT THING!! Villa 1611 located at the Residences at NonSuch Bay was just for lack of a better word...SPECTACULAR!! Not only was this large 2 bedroom, 2 bath residence extremely spacious, clean and well furnished, the views were BREATHTAKING!! This self-catering unit is situated on the top corner of the property so you are afforded a peaceful, private and tranquil holiday. Another highlight of Villa 1611 is that it is wheelchair accessible. During my three week stay, (1st week with significant other, 2nd solo, 3rd with friends), one member of my party, whom is wheelchair bound, found that it was very easy to access the on-suite bathroom, comfortably move around the residence/deck, as well as enter and exit the main pool. Finally, I would be remiss if I did not mention that the Owner of this property went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our holiday. Communications were expeditiously addressed, and professional, knowledgeable, yet warm Antiguans (shout out to Donna, my new friend), were readily accessible for information, shopping and/or tours. We wanted for NOTHING!! THANK YOU!!

What a fantastic stay! This is our second time to the property, the first being our honeymoon and we loved the place so much we decided to come back with the kids a few years later. The villa was beautiful, the property we stayed in was 902 it was very spacious but also very homely, you felt instantly at home & comfortable. We were a family of 4 and it was perfect for us, the terrace is wonderful, very big and waking up to that view every morning was lovely. I would fully recommend the property if staying in Antigua, also the resort it is based in (non such bay residents) is very well looked after, peaceful and the swimming pools were to die for. We never really saw many other guests so it made it really private, you would see staff looking after the grounds and they were always very friendly and nice. It’s a hidden gem in Antigua. Natasha looked after us and the kids so well from before even arriving in Antigua until we left, she is very thoughtful and couldn’t help us enough with local recommendations and bookings, she truly made our holiday that little bit more special. I would 100% recommend, we will definitely be back in the future again.

Well where do you start luxurious and amazing stay here in Antigua. We had a large room with a plunge pool which is an amazing touch the room is large clean and comes with a mini fridge large walk in shower and big comfy bed and the all important air conditioning. The restaurant and bar are well staffed and drinks are available from 10 am. Pool snacks are available from 3 and the 3 meals in the restaurant were great value good choice and always fresh and tasty so no complaints from our group. Maxine Mr Gore and Ronaldo were fantastic and Max deserves special praise for being a ray of light every time she serves up with her big beaming smile. Be aware to bring bug spray for mosquitoes as you are literally in the mangrove and take a trip to green island to see an amazing beach and snorkel with abundant amounts of fish. All in all a 5 star holiday in an amazing resort.

We needed to get away to someplace off the tourist path, quiet and beautiful, so we knew where to come back to. Spent a week beginning of May 2024. Beach was great - no seaweed issues, unlike some of the other beaches on the island. This is our 3rd trip to unit 212 - and simply great. Once you open the doors to the desk and the breeze fills the living room - you know you've arrived. Same for the bedroom at night - open the bedroom doors to the deck - just make sure there is a breeze coming in!! Not much with mosquitoes or other biting bugs this trip. We saw maybe 6 other couples the whole week. If you need to get away - and away from it all - this is the place to go. Natasha, the manager, always top notch fantastic and Jerrys rent a car - great again. Yes, renting a car is suggested if you want to travel anyway. This is a gated complex and about a 10 min drive to next resturant or 30 min drive to supermarket. Speaking of gated complex - being able to walk around or on the beach at 1 am is fantastic.
