The Crane Resort

Our stay was wonderful. We Had great service from everybody. Special mention to Audrey from housekeeping always smiling and so kind. Try the risotto at L’AZURE it tastes like heaven. The ZEN restaurant is a must! The Japanese tasting menu is wow! 👏👏👏

My visit to the Crane with friends was fantastic, and I will be going back. The sweetest people at a beautiful resort with a secluded natural beach, outstanding landscaping, clean rooms, live entertainment, local shopping, and good food and drinks. The resort is secluded, but accessible and the concierge staff will coordinate anything for you, from taxis to reservations at local restaurants (La Shack is great), e-bike tours and anything else. I’ve been to Jamaica many times, and the staff here were even friendlier and more helpful. Even the other guests are friendly and engaging here. Special thanks to Donna and Joan for everything. Excellent!!!

Very happy with our room the hotel and staff all courteous helpful and friendly all the time loved the breakfast and also amenities were very good idea like to make a special mention to Cheryl at the front office she was so lovely and helpful to us we met her as we were getting ready to leave she was cheerful and personable and sealed off what was a fantastic holiday Thank you Cheryl

The property offers everything! Great rooms, stunning views, beach, pools and delicious cuisine. Friendly staff and beautiful grounds. Very relaxing. We look forward to a future visit. Joan was so gracious and helpful. Highly recommend The Crane!

Had a lovely week at the crane, our room was lovely as was the food and most of the staff. Can get a bit crowded with all the time shares people especially loud Americans who can’t seem to hold their drinks. There is guy selling coconut cocktails on the beach, he usually waits on the steps as you come onto the beach from the far end, he is very aggressive and saw him pull out a knife because a customer wouldn’t pay his overpriced drinks, avoid him at all costs.
