Let’s start off by saying this Hotel is extremely racist and classist I when trying to book a reservation with concierge speaking in English, they didn’t let me reserve when I had a family friend called to speak to them in French The reservation was made 10 minutes after I initially tried to make a reservation as we walked into the restaurant,It was empty. The bathroom didn’t drain And the sink fell in my friends hands while she was opening up a drawer. They charged the wrong card, even after I informed to not charge that one which resulted on my card getting blocked for three days. We finally leaving the worst hotel. I’ve stayed in my life. They forgot to give my chauffeur one of my bags so me being on the way to Italy 40 minutes into the drive we had to return extremely irresponsible and rude even after spending 60k on a stay RUN.FROM.THIS.HOTEL. Also, the food was so bad I resorted to just eating the snacks from the bar in my room

We used to stay here very often before the management changed, many things changed but we still like very much the pool here and although the pool's restaurant was much better before, we still appriciate the hotel's shuttle that takes to St Tropez and to it's great restaurants, this avoid us to have to take the car each time we want to go out, thank you for everything.

Loved our stay at the Chateau de la Messardiere. The property is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful views. Not easy to walk to from downtown St. Tropez but the hotel has shuttles on demand. Service is impeccable and the food excellent. We were there for a wedding and it was magical. Our room/suite was large with an expansive terrace overlooking one of the pools. Layout was perfect and amenities super luxurious. I do feel however that the rooms need to be updated. But overall highly recommend.

Im very sad with the experience I just had in Messardiere. I go every year, EVERY SINGLE year back with my whole family and spend a week in the hotel, I get 2 rooms and dine only in the hotel, just to let you know how much money I spend there during my vacation. I love the property which is genuinely beautiful and I love St Tropez, but this time I around we were treated like dogs. I will make sure I will never ever set back foot in this hotel. Im writing a bad review for the first time I just had no option I feel so dishonored. My son wasn't feeling well and threw up on a small spot on the carpet in the hotel lobby. Noone said anything through my stay and upon the checkout I see a charge of 2000 EUROS to my bill which was already 60, 000 Euros for the whole stay. I asked what this was for and they said carpet cleaning, I complained that this wasn't a very nice gesture from them giving we are a returning customer every year and to other Les Arielle's properties as well including Courchevel, so maybe they would rethink their decision. Suddenly a general manager comes who was the most arrogant person Ive ever met. WE ARE TALKING ABOUT A GENERAL MANAGER OF ONE OF THE MOST EXPENSIVE HOTELS IN THE WORLD. The way he spoke to me was as if I was the last person on earth, Ive never felt more humiliated in my life. They basically told me to pay and get out of the hotel. Is this how you treat your loyal customers? Is this the kind of hospitality you guys know? I paid and I left because I respect myself and I would never start fighting with these people, but I'll make sure I will never ever go back to this hotel and tell this story to all my friends who go there every year. treating your customers like this who come every year should be UNACCEPTABLE.

We stayed at the Hotel for a week. The hotel is very overpriced, the service isn't good. Don't get me wrong, the rooms are okay but the staff who works here is very slow with service. The cleaning is average. You can stay in a way better hotel with half the price in St tropez.
