Exceptionally Nice Hotel
The hotel is very nice and very well appointed. The hotel has many great facilities and offerings. The location is perfect. There is a street car stop nearby that will take you anywhere you need to go. I would certainly choose this hotel again.

Garden rooms are like a motel room
Don’t recommend staying in a garden room. It’s like a motel room with a view of the parking lot. Do your research when booking your room and pick another place if garden is all they have available. Other wise the check in area and main tower area looked cute but we didn’t experience it, no concierge to help with bags as we were in a motel building in the parking lot and there wasn’t an option to upgrade. Wouldn’t stay here again just based on the first experiences

Excellent location for a conference!
Beautiful location for a conference. The interior of the main hotel, restaurants, the pool, even the restrooms are just gorgeous. The hotel/motel grounds are beautiful. I had an upgraded garden room with windows facing busy Main street so it was quite loud. In 3 nights the room was never serviced and I was unable to use the streaming app on the TV. Otherwise the room, bathroom, and bed were comfortable.

Lovely hotel
Lovely hotel right in the centre of the city, so was able to walk to shops and some restaurants. Check in was very quick and easy and the receptionist was friendly and helpful. Our room was very large with a sofa. Breakfast was not included, so we went out to local places which were great. No complaints except paying to park.

Best hotel in SLC
I stayed 2 nights here, tower room at 16th floor was amazing. So comfortable. Food was so good to. My room was already ready at 11:30 am at my checking. This hotel is the best way to discover Salt Lake City. Thank you so much to Kai from front desk, he has very helpful and so professional.
