Good location 15 minutes walk from Temple Square and only 5 minutes from the state liquor store. Nice lobby (lots of marble). Big bedroom. Comfortable bed. Two restaurant options in the hotel for breakfast. Our breakfast in the smaller cafe was delicious. We were inititally given a room without windows to the outside. That was a disappointment, but they quickly moved us to a room with actual windows. (Not sure why they would try to rent the room without proper windows.)

This is a nice hotel across from The Grand America Hotel. It has a great coffee shop restaurant full service, and another nicer restaurant. The room we got was clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom, with 2 separate sink areas, tub and separate shower, and small dressing room area.

The housekeeper was amazing. We didn’t even expect our room to be cleaned and came back to it looking immaculate and our toiletries organized in perfect order for us. This hotel is very nice with very friendly service, and it also has a great bar and restaurant for breakfast. I would strongly recommend it.

Absolutely terrible service!!! My pregnant wife went to the valet desk to get our car while I was watching our son. The man at the VALET DESK told her she can go outside into the freezing and wait... I then go outside and take care of it, express how that's unacceptable to make a pregnant women go sit outside in 20 degree weather because your staff AT THE VALET DESK don't want to do their job.. THEN 20ish minutes later I get a call from someone (not the individual in question) calls me and says that he wants to apologize on behalf of of the individual because he feels bad about it.. not bad enough to call himself, but bad? I ask what he is going to do about it because his apology doesn't mean anything, he's not the person who did it, I have already checked out... I then ask him if he called to let me know the offender doesn't work there, to refund my cost for the terrible experience, or just give me a meaningless half hearted apology and waste my time.. and all he says is, " ok, I'm going to disconnect the call then" I didn't yell, I didn't scream, I didn't even use profanity... They want to parade themselves as a luxury hotel but cant even offer 1 star service! You are better off at a best Western then than this place!

Very cozy and pleasantly surprised that the hotel has been remodeled. Very reasonable and best pricing for a safe, clean room. The only negative is the shower water was lukewarm at best and it’s freezing in Salt Lake. I opted not to shower on my final day due to this.
