Hotel Goldgasse

Goldgasse was the best! We got in very late with lots of luggage, a cancelled flight, and needing a meal. Ulrike took excellent care of us. The rooms were cute and the resturaunt was great. My teenager forgot their wallet when we left early the next morning, and Ulrike found a way to get it to us on the other side of the world. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel and staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room, which was a junior suite was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is on. Very quiet and quaint cobblestone street which is right in the heart of old town. . We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for its location and comfort.

Fantastic welcome and overall service level from arrival to departure. Lovely restaurant and staff very attractive. Location unbeatable, so my advice just book it! Wife and I lucky to travel widely and have had some amazing stays and occasional disaster so comments are genuine as we always research comments before committing ourselves

Quite possibly the best hotel experience of my life - from Ulrike's warm welcome, the exquisite bed linens, warm towels, tea kettle and divine shower supplies, everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. The breakfast was superb, served by our warm and lovely morning waitress, delicious coffee and food. We felt like the salt and pepper shakers might come alive and start singing Be My Guest at any moment. I hope my daughter's synchronized figure skating team will return to the Mozart Cup again and I will be able to enjoy the Hotel Goldgasse again in my lifetime. Thank you, Ulrike, for the best weekend in Salzburg.

Like others, we found the welcome from the host a great experience. The room was large by European standards and the bed was comfy. Everything we wanted and more. Really can’t understand how anyone can fault this Hotel. It was personal, modern and comfortable. Looking forward to returning! Location can’t be beat.
