It’s basically a newer hotel pretending to be a luxury one. The location is great, surrounded by restaurants and down the road from La Cantera shops. Now why I WILL NOT stay here again.. although check-in is at an already late 4pm, turns out they have a 3 hr “window”. So you even arriving at 4:00pm you have to wait in the lobby for a few hours or have them store your luggage and find something close by to do while they get your room ready. Also, no self parking. Vallet parking is required. Finally, check-out is at 10am. You might get lucky and get it extended to 11am, but room service comes by every half hour starting at 10 to remind you that you have to go. So unless you like late in/ early out privileges, stay elsewhere.

1st of all this place is gorgeous! Super convenient location to all the restaurants and shops! My partner and I had a really great time. George's Keep is a cute hidden gem great for drinks and live music open until 2am. Sustenio restaurant accommodated my vegan partner very well, the chef is immaculate. Bravo to the hotel staff for being so accomadating and friendly.

I have to admit this is one of the nicest Bluegreen "resorts" we've been to. The RIM provides a lot of restaurants close by. Everything at the resort is twice the price of everything around, even drinks from a bartender that doesn't know what is going on. The parking is valet only, $40 a night plus tip! The back of the door in the room says the room I'm in is $811/night. Kayak had it at $181.

When you walk in to this hotel, you would expect Waldorf or Ritz service. Not the case. No one goes out of their way to make the guest happy. If you ask for anything special, they say no. No eagerness to please the guest at all. And employees are clearly not empowered to make guests happy. What a shame, because it is a beautiful property with less than stellar service. Didn’t budge an inch when asked for late checkout. Just said NO!!

Just wanted to say that my experience was fantastic. Cynthia Barrera was first class and made this place a place that I will always come back to. Please contact Cynthia Barrera when booking your trip. She recommended the spa which was one of the best Ive ever been to.

One of the best resorts we've stayed at. The King Suite was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the food in Sustenio and the customer service was unparalleled. Great stay from check-in to check-out!
