Weekend getaway
Thank you ABBAS you were very courteous at check in. Hotel has a great vibe, great location, and the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious. I do recommend updating tub in bathroom ours was peeling but otherwise I would visit again.

Felt like a stay at a motel 6
Was not satisfied at all. I felt like the service is something i would expect from a motel 6. Rooms were very noisy. Heating/cooling system didn't work. Reception/management very quick to dismiss issues. Overall id never stay here again nor would recommend. Id suggest the Marriott where the service is always first class and rooms work and function as they should.

Huge Rooms (all suites)
Great hotel on the Riverwalk. Rooms are huge as they are all suites. Nice workout room as well as outdoor pool up on the roof. Had breakfast in their restaurant and service was great and the food was excellent. Will definitely stay here again my next time to San Antonio!

Stayed here before and would stay again.
I have stayed here previously and that's why I returned! Always starting any hotel review with the check-in process. Happy to say that Ashley made checking in easy and quick. She was friendly, helpful and efficient! I love the bar downstairs, loved seeing and hearing the incredible 13 piece Mariachi band one evening and the servers in their restaurant were terrific. I loved my room, was thankful for the cozy bathrobe and the bed was great. And on top of all that, this location is just steps away from the Riverwalk, the Alamo and several museums!

Wonderful experience at the Spa
Went to the Hotel Contessa spa, Rebecca, my massage therapist was amazing. She provided lots of stretching and knew exactly what I needed. I recommend her to all the mamas (and daddys) out there who need a good massage! She will take care of you!
