Best customer service. Great location.
Fantastic time with my family while staying here. Sarah (front desk) went above and beyond to change our rooms to the same floor and helped my family with the rooms while I was stuck in traffic. John and Lezaine (valets) as well as Sylvia and Leticia (housekeeping) really made our stay seem easy and relaxing. Katherine and Dawin (front desk) Great job as well. This is a nice enough hotel with easy access to the Riverwalk. The great customer service by the named individuals as well as every employee I came into contact with at this hotel is hands down the best.

Diana at Derragos is was amazing and was so accommodating. Very efficient as well! Highly recommend and requesting her. The food was amazing and the burgers were great! I definitely plan on come back very soon. AGAIN! REQUEST DIANA. Thank you!

Beautiful hotel! First off, it smells amazing inside. The rooms were super clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The location was great- just a block away from the river walk. The staff was amazing. We had a little emergency in the middle of the night and they were so helpful! I would definitely stay here again!! Oh and they have free margaritas in the afternoon!

Great place to stay
Wonderful stay. only complaint was we were on the street side and there was a lot of noise. I am told the worst noise was like a cannon that keeps the birds away. The room was great- clean and comfy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Many amenities were available. Perfect location! Love the old Spanish vibe!

Excellent hotel
Hotel Valencia is a really nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Sarah at the front desk. We will definitely be coming back to stay there for our next trip. The valet service was top notch. They were efficient and quick.
