Fantastic Ambience and exceptional service
My recent visit to Hyatt Regency Hill Country was a fantastic experience, that was unexpected from such an out-of-way destination. All service workers including the young man who assisted me through valet; Jose .O was absolutely fantastic and courteous, which was great way to initiate this fantastic stay. All facilities felt modern, and accessible. Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience at this Hyatt Regency location.

Great stay!
The entire trip was a fantastic experience! From the very beginning Jose O who’s one of the valet guys took care of us. Although there’s some construction going on it wasn’t loud or in the way from us having a good time! Charlie’s was also a delicious place to dine. 10/10 will visit again.

Great experience
I came here with my family the hotel staff was amazing. When I arrived I was greeted by Jose in valet he helped me with my luggage and lead me to check in. He was very helpful when it came to answering an questions about the resort. The rooms were very nice and the amenities that’s the resort had to offer were spectacular. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful resort
The resort is beautiful. Quick and easy check in process. Front desk staff and valet were awesome. Very quiet atmosphere. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Fernando G was great, very friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Outstanding welcome
AJ at bellhop was fabulous. Needed some help with materials. AJ was right there and helpful above and beyond. Beautiful location I would recommend this to anyone who stayed in San Antonio area. Anytime of year is beautiful when you’re here.
