I came in Friday and was greeted by Jay ! He was super helpful and enthusiastic. He helped with my luggage even though I had only one bag. He mentioned how important these reviews are for the Hyatt. I loved the fact that he told me not to feel obligated to do it, but if I had the time it would go a long way !

I recently had the pleasure of using the valet service at the Hyatt Hill country and I must say, the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Upon arrival, Jay greeted me with a warm, professional smile and took care of my vehicle promptly. The attention to detail was evident—he was efficient, courteous, and made sure to ask about any special preferences for handling my car. Overall, 5 stars for excellent customer service and a seamless experience. Highly recommended!

Couples Retreat
I came to Charlie’s long bar with the wife and the food was delicious. When I got to the Hyatt I was greeted very professionally by a gentleman named Jay, Jay was overall very friendly and did his duties diligently and without hesitation. My overall experience was great and I would definitely stop by again !

i went to drop off a door dash order and i was very confused on where i was , until a young gentleman named Jay Paez saw me struggling and he instantly went to help me find where to go , he was very polite and respectful, definitely a good worker you guys have , very pleased with my experience!!

Jay in Valet Service
I had came to this hotel to drop off some food and was helped quickly at the valet service by a nice young man, Jay. Usually some hotels give me hard times when making deliveries though Jay made the valet Process a breeze, a kind prompt young man. Thank you sir for brightening my day and your kind use of words and keeping my vehicle safe!!! It is good to see young folks who work with pride and a good attitude!!
