We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From valet, front desk, spa, and housekeeping everything was perfect. Beautiful hotel. Comfortable beds. Best massage I’ve had in a long time. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent customer service from the manager to the attendant Edward! You will feel "luxury" once you step into this hotel! The upgrade and welcome drinks/fruits were so appreciated. I love Mokara and glad to be an Omni girl! We will be back!

My family missed our flight to Paris and went here for vacation instead, the staff were so nice they brought us fruit and the lady we checked in with wrote us a letter to say sorry about the Paris and to enjoy. 15 minutes later they bring us very good fruit also. Gosh this hotel is amazing and I want to come back, my family is even staying a extra day!

Tired, musty and putrid odor in the rooms with filthy carpeting and old sagging mattresses. The common areas are lovely and the staff is very friendly and welcoming but the rooms are a disaster. Forget this hotel until and unless they renovate.

Best hotel in San Antonio. Valets are world class--hands down best valets I've ever seen. Front desk is world class--hands down best front desk I've ever seen. Everything is outstanding. Luxurious, comfortable rooms. Restaurant is convenient and excellent--expensive, but worth it--new chef is awesome, restaurant staff is world class, and bartenders and drinks are fantastic. Location on the Riverwalk is ideal. Feels like home. Awesome for spa, awesome for vacation, awesome for business. It's the best hotel in San Antonio--can get pricey, especially during high season, but totally worth it. My favorite hotel I've ever been to. Good water pressure. Can be tricky to find by car--turn is before the Aztec and before the light, down the one-lane street that fronts the Riverwalk--look for the bridge, and turn left immediately at end of bridge railing. My wife is yelling at me to not send this review, "because we'll never get to stay there again." World class service. World class, classy hotel. Furnishings are on the very, slight edge of starting to get dated as of September 2024--and they're already redoing the rooms. Made me an Omni-lover.
