Dinner at Land Race
Dined at Land Race on a Friday and had the most wonderful server Kim. Chef David also made a stop at our table to make sure everything was tasting well. The food was superb! We had the tuna, scallops and wagyu burger. We were treated with so much kindness, Kim was a delight to talk to and made our evening so enjoyable with her wonderful personality.

Very Frou-Frou Shishi….
Such a lovely boutique hotel. Our room was decorated quite upscale. The bed was warm and there were so many amenities and bar offerings. The shower was hot and powerful. We stayed there while we enjoyed Blue Öyster Cult live in concert. The hotel restaurant was delicious and service was fantastic. Highly recommend for a bougie experience.

Special perks!
A few special perks that I like—Nespresso in the room and car service. The car service is new but they will take you anywhere downtown. I’d like to try the spa next visit. Rooms are nice, big shower and bathroom. Beds comfy and lots of pillows. Staff friendly too.

Awesome hotel!
Hotel is excellent. The valet is the best valet I have had I a looking time!!! Top notch! Was the perfect place to spend Valentine's Day. Highly recommend anyone looking for hotel in San Antonio a little off the beaten path this is it. Would give it six stars if we could.

Andrea is Awesome!
Andrea, our server at Moons daughter was excellent and we loved our Valentines meal!The food was awesome too. Great chef and menu! The rooftop restaurant is lovely and the view is amazing! We would highly recommend coming here and we will come back. The Thompson is a lovely property.
