Thompson San Antonio Riverwalk

The hostess and my server Jayyy were absolutely amazing!!! The hospitality was unmatched and the ambiance was a 10/10. I would highly recommend The Moon’s Daughters if you’re looking for great cocktails, vibes and awesome rooftop views.

This trip wouldn’t have been as incredible as it was without the friendliest person I have met in a long time, Julie. She works at the front desk and worked so hard to make our experience a special one. She brought homemade cookies to our room with a glass of milk and a custom hand written card. My daughter was delighted. Customer service like that isn’t always easy to find. Thank you for making our stay a memorable one.

I visit San Antonio often and I only stay at the Thompson. I've stayed solo, with family, and been on girls trips. The hotel is beautiful, modern, trendy, and i like the food, but it is the staff that is the reason I continue to stay here. ( I have also stayed at other Thompson's in different cities, but nothing compares to the staff at San Antonio Thompson) Angie and Mariana at the front desk helped checked me in, they also helped my family on our previous trip & made it so special! i appreciate them so much- Very attentive, friendly, and helpful. Check in process is always easy and smooth. As for food and beverage, Eduardo (eddie) at moon's daughter always has excellent service. He keeps the bar running great & attentive to customers. Andrea at Landrace also provided great service. I can't wait for my next trip back :)

Kim was great! She took care of us and was so incredibly friendly with my 2 year old daughter. The food was absolutely delicious and the service made it all even better! We ordered the tuna, the deviled eggs, the pork chops, and the scallops. All delectable. My daughter had a large portion of chicken strips and fries that even came with a cookie at the end. Kim made sure to warn us ahead of time and asked if it was okay the cookie was served, which we definitely appreciated.

Wowww I lived here most of my life and first time I’ve been here and won’t be the last! A-maz-ing!!! Elijah was THE BEST bartender AND waited on us for the food. A) the cucumber martini was beyond good as I don’t like sweet and he hit perfect balance B) he explained the restaurants, that we were completely confused about, and it was amazing!
