12/10 Experience
The check-in process was super easy, and all the staff was incredibly friendly. The hot springs were beautiful with lots of room, never felt too crowded. The dinner was out of this world, the tuna nachos and the mushroom risotto with chicken was perfect. The portion was huge, we wish we had bigger stomachs. Mac was great to talk to, and made us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back someday!

Best hot springs ever!!
The food and spa were amazing! I travelled here from Chicago with my wife and I would definitely come back. We went to the springs first, then had a wonderful dinner with some great desserts!! One of my favorite places on my second trip in Costa Rica. It isn’t cheap but it’s worth it.

Exceptional Thermal Resort!
If you’re coming to Costa Rica, this is a must-visit resort! With an extensive network of thermal pools nestled amongst the lush jungle foliage, excellent restaurants and bars, a fantastic spa and staff that go the extra mile, there’s a lot to love at Tabacón. You should plan on spending a couple of days here to take full advantage of the amenities. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Experience!
Incredible food, extremely nice ambiance, very kind and very, very nice restaurant staff! Especially Pricilla Alvarez, Mac, Maria and Jocelyn. You must try this restaurant and I can promise that you will enjoy a wonderful experience!!!

Dinner at Tabacon
Fabulous meal…five stars…Pricilla Alvarez was an excellent waitress. Menu offered a broad selection of appetizers, traditional Costa Rican dishes, and tasty desserts. Would definitely recommend this Resort and Restaurant. Pura Vida is the Costa Rican way of saying Life is good and life is to be enjoyed!
