We had a peaceful and quiet time here. With 30 rooms it was never going to get busy. It was a little distant from the town. Approx 16USD in taxi. The hotel is all around a bit shabby chic. Let’s be honest, the art on the walls are amazing and the many sculptures jump out at you in all locations. Surprising and delighting. The staff are super friendly and uber attentive. Breakfast was lovely and varied. The hotel does however need a small spruce up. Too many things are ‘just ok’. The pool needs a clean down. Small amounts Algae growing on the walls. Some tiles on the pool floor are missing. Concrete grouting missing. A once over with a pool net morning and night would add to the cleanliness. The pool sun loungers are ok. But tired. Rooms are missing some basic essentials for 2025. A desk with accessible plugs. Lights with the same light bulb colours. Coffee / coffee cups in the room. We did have a kettle. The Beds are comfortable and the view was to die for / amazing

This place could prosper just from the amazing views from the rooms but everything else was 5 star too. From check in to check out services were wonderful and we had dinner in the restaurant at the hotel which is highly recommended as well. A bit out of town but convenient nonetheless and Ubers were always available. Best breakfast I had in Argentina.

Not a 5 star hotel as advertised & not worth the high prices charged. The location of the hotel is very good, far enough away from the traffic & crowds in the city centre, but easy enough to access sites easily with a car. The breakfast buffet was good, (though the coffee, American & espresso was just fair), and it was nice to sit outside. We had a beautiful view of the lake from our room, & the beds were comfortable. Those were the positives. Lots of negatives though. The rooms & facilities are not well maintained. The carpets through out the hallways & rooms were threadbare & stained. The shower went from hot to cold during use. There is no real air conditioning, just what they call “ air refrigeration “ which did not sufficiently cool the room, & there were no screens on the window, so if you left them open insects flew in. The pool area was a complete mess: few loungers, & what they had were ripped & worn. No pool towels to be found. The pool was filthy, with tons of debris in it. For some reason, on a very hot day, the glass retractable door of the pool area was kept closed, so if you wanted to enjoy the shade, you had no fresh air. The hot tub was actually disgusting, there was so much scum floating on top & the water was cloudy. Overall, very disappointed with the hotel, would not recommend it at all.

This is a delightful hotel a few miles outside of Bariloche. We used a taxi and it cost about £10 to get back from the town. It is set on the lake with beautiful views. The room was very comfortable with a terrace . The hotel is full of art and was quite quiet , it didn’t feel crowded. Lovely pool area and we enjoyed an afternoon sat by the pool over looking the lake. If you don’t want to eat an evening meal in the hotel there are a few restaurants within a short walking distance from the hotel . Would certainly recommend particularly if you want somewhere a little more special than the central Bariloche hotels .

I stayed one night and found the facilities and staff to be extraordinary. I needed to leave early for a flight and they made me coffee and a small takeaway package since I could not stay for breakfast. The grounds are lovely and I had the best trout dinner in their on-site restaurant.
