Me, wife and kids arriving from long car trip at night. First: front office host tries to put us in a room different from what we have prepaid for. As a matter of fact, not the first time. Next day: room not cleaned, beds not made, bathroom with the sane wet towels we left when we left in the morning. Words from Mr. dont yell at me Yordani Charboniel, front office of the turn at 7PM: “cannot do anything until next morning” Really?

Well appointed, neat and clean hotel in a convenient location! Staff are helpful, friendly and take the time to greet you everytime you enter/exit the hotel which is thoughtful! We loved the complimentary snacks and the coffee machine! Room service was great and very efficient!

Toilet didn’t flush. And bathroom floor was wet when I checked in. Didn’t want to switch rooms since I unpacked and settled down after long flight and was hungry for dinner . Called to get the toilet fixed. They fixed it. I thought I was working . When I went to bathroom at 1am it wasn’t working again. I’m not going to call service at this time of day. Call them to fix it again in the morning and they did. And it stopped working again. Checked out and gave the front desk my feedback. They didn’t blink an eye or apologize. Won’t be going back.

Too expensive for what it is. Outdated hotel. My bath tab was as shower as well and it was very outdated and was very unpleasant to take a shower in it. Paint was pealing off and dark permanent old spots were everywhere. Couch had white spots on it. Also when you enter the room you feel the old smell which was very annoying. No door to the bathroom and toilet is not private - just a symbolic door that don't really close. If I was with somebody it would be very uncomfortable.

Checking in felt like I was inconveniencing the employee. Not a very friendly encounter. They also didn’t care to mention any amenities the hotel had. Once in my room, I found an open bag of cookies as well as empty gum wrappers throughout. I will not be returning. Overall disappointed.
