This was the best hotel experience I could have ever imagined. The staff, breakfasts, snacks, HH, rooms, the list goes on and on… a secret gem!! I am so in love with every detail of this hotel. It is so chic, quiet, and upscale. Anyone staying here is treating themselves! It’s really just an amazing hotel.

An excellent hotel in the beautiful Pacific Heights neighborhood. The room had all the luxury amenities one could expect. An excellent breakfast and a very surprising wine and food reception at 5pm. Car service to local destinations was also provided. We very much enjoyed our stay.

There are places on the internet where you need to worry about misinformation, but the reviews we read that led us to pick the Drisco for our anniversary getaway were spot on. We loved everything about this beautiful boutique hotel, from location to accommodations to the wonderful breakfasts to the wine and appetizers in the evening and the extraordinary staff. Mina, at the front desk, could not have been more warm, welcoming and helpful. Her restaurant suggestions were terrific, and the birthday surprise for my wife she arranged to have in our room was perfect. She seemed to take as much pleasure in our reaction to the hotel as we did, but really, we could extend the compliment to the entire staff. Everyone we dealt with greeted us with a smile. That, of course, is something that most staffs are trained to do. But it felt like the entire team took a genuine pride in the hotel, and the service reflected that pride." Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a panoramic city view. The fitness center, while compact, was well equipped, and I might have actually used it if I didn't feel like I'd gotten enough of a workout walking up and down the streets of the gorgeous area in which the Heights is located. The evening wine reception was one of the best we've sampled, with an excellent choice of wines and some delicious appetizers. If we could have packed some of that guacamole for the car ride back to Los Angeles, that would have been nice. A few Swedish meatballs would have been good, too! Breakfast was another treat. The omelets were perfect every day. The berries were ripe, the smoothie was delicious and the coffee was great. Our only complaint was that we couldn't stay another day or two. We've been lucky enough to share 44 anniversaries, and this is one of our top five!

The Drisco is a small boutique hotel that is our favorite part of a trip to San Francisco. The guest rooms are tastefully and elegantly decorated—just very comfortable and yet classy. We love the staff and love the wine tasting at the end of every day. Your room also includes a complimentary breakfast every morning—wonderful pastries and a few egg dishes. Located at the top of Pacific Heights, you are close to the Cow Hollow and Marina areas. Just a great, relaxing place to stay.

I had a great stay at Hotel Drisco. It has all the luxury you'd expect from a world-class hotel, while retaining the charm and personality of an indie boutique. The staff was also very friendly and went out of their way to make my experience perfect. I appreciated the little touches, like the fresh fruit that was in my room when I arrived. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the city!

Not only was the Hotel Drisco luxurious, the service was impeccable, the suite was absolute luxury (we didn't want to leave the room!), the breakfasts were fantastic, and the afternoon wine gatherings were superb. Luxury does not begin to describe the experience. The only drawback is that I now will never want to stay anywhere else in San Francisco.

We recently stayed at the Hotel Drisco and it was one of the most enjoyable stays I've ever had at a hotel. This extremely quaint hotel is located on a beautiful street and the hotel staff was particularly nice. The next time I'm in San Francisco, I'll be staying at the Drisco a hotel that captures the grace and charm of Europe.
