Amazing trip at a beautiful wharf hotel. Customer service was perfect and personal. The rooms were cozy and immaculate.
Perfect trip at a beautiful wharf hotel. Service was the absolute best from room service to providing electric bikes. We were in walking distance to restaurants and sites. The atmosphere was relaxed and organic. The on-site breakfast was convenient and delicious! We are looking forward to our next stay!

Amazing experience!
I love this hotel! They treat you special from the moment you drive up! The room is incredible and very well appointed. Love the beds, pillow and linens. So comfortable that I want to duplicate at my home. The restaurant food is amazing and the drinks are very unique and special. Thanks to the wonderful staff for a memorable experience!

My no. 1 favorite hotel in S.F.
This hotel has become my no 1 hotel to stay in whenever I am in SF. Most important I feel safe because of the hotels location across from Ferry building with view of bay bridge and close to many amenities like the wharf and Chinatown. Service is impeccable with all staff aiming to please especially Leo who made sure my birthday celebration at the hotel was a memorable one. Hotel ambience is contemporary with a serene eco friendly feel. Rooms are beautifully furnished with mist comfortable beds. Try one of the waterfront view rooms. Price point is about right for this luxurious hotel but heads up parking is about 75.00 per night. But the stay is worth every penny

We had a wonderful couples massage at the Bamford Wellness Spa. The masseuses were fantastic and it was a very relaxing experience. The customer service was also excellent: we had to reschedule due to an illness and it was no trouble at all. We'll definitely come back!
