Hotel Zelos San Francisco

Great experience! Everything wonderful, beginning with our check in with Jeff at the front desk. Great room, bed, location, bathroom amenities, restaurant, bar, and staff. We will recommend a stay at this hotel in San Francisco, especially at Christmas.

Great location! Recently remodeled and very stylish and immaculate. Safe parking garage below hotel Friendly helpful service, especially Jeff at front desk . We got an early check inand were able to put our bags in the room upon arrival before noon. We were pleased and surprised by our great deal and would go again in a minute!

Excellent location and very modern chic vibe. Service was excellent, especially Jeff at the front desk who accommodated my early check-in and late check-out. Enjoyed the daily complimentary coffee and festive hot chcolate in the lobby. Would absolutely stay here again!

I’ve visited SF annually for my birthday, a little solo trip each winter to see the city and have always gone with a chain hotel, but splurged on “the fancy hotel above Trader Joe’s” I’ve always had my eye on. Walked in right off the train where I was greeted by Jeff, who had the most welcoming smile as if I was a long term friend. We had chatted earlier on the phone about me leaving my bags until the room was ready, but he excitedly told me, the room was ready!!! Perfect view of Powell & market (highly suggest the extra $$ for the view, it’s spectacular). I had asked for extra towels and a few other things that he already had waiting. I asked his manager name (Jasmine) and all I have to say is this to Jasmine, Jeff and his hospitality, accommodating spirit, and excellent recommendations make him the perfect receptionist. Hotel Zelos rocks!!!!

Really helpful front desk employee called Jeff. Jeff was super informative about the area, happy to help with upgrades, and a delight to speak to upon arrival after a 4 hour drive! The hotel is lovely, too, and situated in a good proximity to shops, bars, and restaurants. Would highly recommend!
