Hotel Zelos San Francisco

The hotel structure is good. The hall is really small and strange so in a first look you'll feel lost, but after you go to the room floors you can see that is a good hotel. The room we took was good, bathroom good, bed good, the windows were dirty (SF weather doesn't help, we need to assume that). The restaurant / pub is nice, good to have a dinner but doesn't look a place thought to have breakfast (too dark and industrial). The problem is the values that are charged on credit card for no reason and have not been refunded yet. First I have difficult to find an email to contact the hotel, even after talking to a staff they gave me an invalid email, so I sent to reservations one and have a response that the values were already refunded but my credit card was still processing. It's been 3 weeks and I didn't receive it yet.

We stayed here for a week with our 4 months old daughter; the staff took amazing care of all of us making sure we have a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Anish who had been amazing, polite and friendly yet professional with his job, patiently answered all of our queries, recommended us good places and made us feel like home! We will be definitely coming back to this place soon! Also, without any doubt the cleaning staff is wonderful! Every time we had a cleaning done, baby’s crib was also perfectly made!

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to in SF. The service and staff at hotel Zelos is nothing short of amazing Jeff and Jazmin made checking in a breeze they were very friendly and very considerate of our families stay here I truly appreciate their service will definitely be coming back

Great hotel! Room is clean, and people are nice. I liked they have a gym which you are able to use 24 hours. Location is just near the subway station, so very accessible from the international airport. Especially, the man in reception, Jeff, is kind and helped us a lot. Five star experience.

One of the best hidden gems in San Francisco. Super nice boutique hotel that has a modern charm to it. Super clean rooms and very friendly staff (especially Jeff) who are always very helpful and most importantly, always hospitable. Dirty Habit is a great breakfast place though I wish it were open for lunch. Drinks are great and the bar is cool and trendy overall.
