Wonderful White Swan Inn
This darling little hotel far exceeds our expectations every time we stay here. The rooms are decorated so nicely and having a working fireplace is so romantic. We can not say enough wonderful things about The White Swan. The beds and pillows are very nice and the wine and nibbles in the evening was a wonderful touch.

Good Base for exploring San Francisco!
Good spot for exploring San Francisco. Close to Union Square and Nob Hill and thankfully far enough away from the Tenderloin. It felt like a safe area and was quiet as it was set back from things. Was probably quite quirky when it was done but is now a bit shabby. However, the room was large and clean.

Great stay. Amazing staff. Excellent value for money. Good location, safe area, can walk to restaurants and bars, there is a stand up comedy place one block away. Breakfast and afternoon snack included in the price. There is an organic food market just across the road.

Thanks again to the amazing TripAdvisor fans who review places. You helped us discover the White Swan Inn. What a wonderful boutique hotel! It is gorgeous, comfortable, and very well-located. Spending time in SF to see family and this feels like a cozy home. Lovely, relaxing breakfasts and wine and cheese hour. Highly recommended!

Wonderful and quaint
The White Swan Inn was a wonderful place to stay. We loved the continental breakfast and the evening wine in such delightfully decorated rooms. The staff was exceptionally polite and kind. We would definitely stay here again. The location was very convenient
