Ka'ana Resort

Where do I begin? First off the customer service here was unmatched. Everybody there was sooo sweet, welcoming, helpful, and attentive. Their service is what really makes them stand out, they truly make you feel taken care of and cared for. HUGE thank you to Nubia! She was a literal angel, I wanted to steal her and bring her home with me. She was the sweetest, most thoughtful, and heartwarming, a true gem 💎 Her service was the best of the best! My bf and I will always be grateful for her and remember her from our trip to Belize. Others were so wonderful as well, extended thank yous to Ethan, Freddy, and Vanessa! The resort itself was great! They offer daily room service morning and evening. They fill your water daily and every evening they leave a new mini dessert at bedside that was different everyday which was a delightful surprise. Shower pressure and water temp was amazing. The restaurant and bar were also great. We had pre-ordered breakfast every morning which made it convenient for our early morning excursions and the food was always good, breakfast, coffee, dinner, and drinks! Communication is through WhatsApp which was so easy and very responsive. We loved the jungle vibes of the resort. I could literally go on and on about all the things I enjoyed about the resort. PLEASE stay here if you come to San Ignacio, you will not regret it!!!!!! Thank you Ka’ana!

Ka'ana was our Belize splurge. We could have stayed somewhere cheaper in San Ignacio but we wanted a bit of luxury in the jungle. It worked. The property is well maintained, the service is impeccable and the staff is amazing. Everyone made is feel welcome and took care of us. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. The details that made our stay extra special...(1) we saw toucans on the property one afternoon, (2) the breakfast fry jacks were incredible; definitely the best fry jacks we had in Belize and it's not even close; and (3) Cruz is an amazing bartender; kept us entertained every night with bar games and challenges and stories of what it's like living in Belize. This guy is a superstar.

Ka'ana Resort exceeded our expectations. A lovely property with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend it.

Stayed at Ka'ana at the beginning of our Belize trip. Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. We were there during the off season, so there were not many guests and there was a little maintenance going on (but not anything that was intrusive, it's the tropics, things need to be maintained!). Andee was a great guide who took us around the area and told us lots of interesting things about Belize. Eric was our guide for the ATM cave, a tour I highly recommend. The restaurant/bar was delicious! A lot of really wonderful items. And if you can, do the Mayan cooking class. The ladies that taught it were lovely!

I wish there was a 10 star rating available for this resort. My husband and I had a private villa with a plunge pool. Not only was the villa really nice, the grounds and dining areas are gorgeous as well. The service level from every member of the staff was fantastic and really contributed to a wonderful stay. The food was absolutely great at every meal we had and you can tell there is a very high level of attention to details for every function at this resort. We can't wait to go back!
