Favorite staycation place!

We had a great stay at the Valencia! We arrived on a busy Saturday, and I have to give major props to the hotel staff for working seamlessly together to ensure every guest had an amazing experience. A special thank you to Angelli and Kared for making us feel so welcomed and valued—they truly made our stay extra special. Charles and Juan from valet did a fantastic job managing the cars and guests efficiently, even during peak hours. The room was stunning, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also ordered my favorite Caesar salad, and Nancy from room service was so sweet and kind—it was such a pleasure interacting with her. This hotel is beautiful, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible staff. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Highly recommend staying at the Valencia!

Christmas “Staycation”

First the hotel and entire Santana Row were decorated like a Christmas Hallmark movie. It really got us into the spirit! The staff is extremely friendly, helpful with making recommendations and very welcoming as soon as we walked in the door. We dined at Oveja Negra and the Seafood Paella was just like being in Spain. We saved room for the scrumptious churros and chocolate sauce and it didn’t disappoint. Service was also on point! The rooms were decorated nicely and the beds were dreamy… We will be back soon!

Great Hotel with perfect location

Stayed here recently and it was great! The entire staff was really friendly and the food at Oveja Negra was delicious. Stayed here for one night and will definitely be coming back again soon. Couldn't of asked for a more centralized location! Walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants as well a central location in Silicon Valley.

Santana rows hidden gem

The rooms are spacious, with beautiful balconies. Lovely coffee machine and great gym. Nice pool area. This hotel is a hidden gem on Santana row. Restaurants are all conveniently close and the Westfield is walking distance. But can get very noisy in the early hours of the morning on weekends. Breakfast restaurant pricy but good quality

Stayed here for nye 2024 and it did not disappoint! We were greeted with a lovely glass of GH Mumm champagne upon check in. The hotel decor was beautiful and festive. The entire staff were great and accommodating. The casino night theme was a hit and we danced the night away while ringing in the new year with another champagne toast! Will definitely be coming back next year!
