"Our recent stay at Valencia was fantastic! The valet staff, particularly Hugo, provided exceptional service. Their friendliness and efficiency made our arrival and departure a breeze. We had to leave at 4am and the team did a fantastic job at accommodating our departure. We also want to give a special shoutout to Nancy, the incredible food preparer. Her culinary skills were truly impressive, and the dishes we enjoyed were both delicious and beautifully presented. Additionally, we want to commend Manager Grace for fostering such a positive and welcoming environment. Her leadership is evident in the exceptional service provided by the entire staff. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Valencia to anyone visiting."

From the start of my visit to the very last day, Grace and the entire staff were too kind. They exceeded my expectations with their warm and friendly hospitality. I'm looking forward to visiting again! The hotel management should be commended for their dedication to creating exceptional customer experiences. #welldone

Room was larger than expected. Seems clean. Staff is very friendly. Late night room service. Beds and pillows were good. Lots of outlets in the room. Lots of lighting options for those w light sensitivity. Solid bar for a hotel. Location is a pro and a con. It’s THE most centrally located hotel to some of the best shopping and restaurants in Santa Clara. Stay here if you want to have a fun overnight to party with friends. Get a streetside room with a balcony. Do NOT stay here if you are here for work and want peace and quiet. Definitely do not get a streetside room. Late night partiers get rowdy right outside the hotel front (weekdays too) and the windows are def not soundproof. Walls are thin so you can hear muffled conversations, TVs playing, footsteps from neighbors (esp from upstairs). For two hours it sounded like someone was picking up and dropping a bowling ball over and over every ten minutes. My immediate neighbor was blasting Christian songs/hymns and praying out loud for 30 mins at 11pm. It was wild.

Great location, nice hotel. Unhappy about 2 things: one of my tshirts vanished from my room and I had a hard time asking every day to reception if they had found it... I did not feel staff took it seriously, I had to explain again to a different person every day, they didn't come back to me proactively.... and I lost a tshirt at the end. Also the first day I could not get the the breakfast menu in the first 20 min I was sitting at the restaurant... had to skip since I was left with no time... different experience the other days where service was normal
