About the Hotel

John Steinbeck wrote, oethe very air here is miraculous, and the outlines of reality change with the moment” when describing the Baja peninsula in Mexico, home to the luxurious Casa Natalia. Indeed, the white sandy beaches, crystal blue waters, and tranquil grounds of the highly rated Casa Natalia hotel offer a breath of fresh air to even the most worldly of travelers. Come and explore the myriad fish that dwell in the coral reefs of the Sea of Cortez, the rich reds and yellows of the Baja dessert, the galleries and restaurants in colonial San Jose del Cabo, and the beaches and pools for a holiday to tempt all of your senses.

A Real Gem

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

Casa Natalia is a gem. This is not our first stay and this one just reinforced our affection for this place. It is a boutique hotel very centrally located in San Jose del Cabo (the city where the Cabo airport is located). It is right on the main square and so close to everything one would want--except the beach. And as to the beach, they have an arrangement with another hotel which has a lovely beach club and is only a few minutes Uber ride away. So there is no need for a car, blessedly. The people could not be nicer or more helpful and thoughtful. The hotel has a really nice restaurant, Mi Cusina, which we would also rate very highly. The hotel itself feature several large courtyards with seating, one of which also has a modestly sized but very appealing swimming pool. The rooms are very comfortable and at least for our several stays include an outdoor, covered terrace which even includes a hammock (which we have never attempted to set up). For a relaxing stay with easy access to everything in the area and serviced by really wonderful people we can't think of a better or more enjoyable place. And we have travelled really extensively. .

Finery and food

We enjoy Casa Natalia, a lovely boutique hotel, with its great location off the main plaza in San Jose del Cabo, the in-house dining and colorful design. Even when we stay at a Cabo corridor resort, we try to make a trip to Mi Cocina for a great meal. Thanks Nathalie!

Charming boutique hotel in San Jose del Cabo

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

Casa Natalia is a lovely, small (18 rooms) boutique hotel in the heart of historic San Jose Del Cabo. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff delightful. The courtyard with pool, restaurant and bar is the perfect hideaway. Just off the town square, everything is within walking distance including the art district and many amazing restaurants. We’ve stayed here 3 times now and are already planning our next trip. My one suggestion is that more lounge chairs be added. When the hotel is full there are not nearly enough. Still I highly recommend Casa Natalie if you will be staying in the area.

Better than the Best

If you cherish the songs of birds in the morning, the sound of water streaming in the still of the night, delicious complimentary coffee, and a vacation where staff greet you by name, you will love Casa Natalia as much as i have. Will return again and again.

Clean nice hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 months ago

Hotel is very nice as are the rooms. Staff is excellent as well. We enjoyed our quick overnight stay but it was a Tuesday, the only night of the week the restaurant is closed. Bloody Mary in the morning was good! In all it was good and a clean place to stay. Only drawback is the body wash seemed to be watered down and the shampoo was more like conditioner. Neither lathered up.
