John Steinbeck wrote, oethe very air here is miraculous, and the outlines of reality change with the moment” when describing the Baja peninsula in Mexico, home to the luxurious Casa Natalia. Indeed, the white sandy beaches, crystal blue waters, and tranquil grounds of the highly rated Casa Natalia hotel offer a breath of fresh air to even the most worldly of travelers. Come and explore the myriad fish that dwell in the coral reefs of the Sea of Cortez, the rich reds and yellows of the Baja dessert, the galleries and restaurants in colonial San Jose del Cabo, and the beaches and pools for a holiday to tempt all of your senses.

Absolutely a lovely boutique hotel. Rooms are comfortable and spacious with very comfortable beds. Coffee maker and small refrigerator in room. On site restaurant is brilliant for dinner and we found the service to be on point. Staff was amazing, pleasant and very accommodating. Easy to walk to local attractions with many restaurants, bars, and galleries very close. Very safe area to walk around. Lots of local shops to pick up souvenirs. The only problem we encountered was the sliding door to the room was very difficult to open and close. If you have mobility issues, as I do, this hotel could be a challenge. I still managed to have a wonderful time, just need a little extra time to get up and down all the steps. I would recommend this hotel and we would return again. Some things are just worth the extra effort!

This is a delightful small boutique hotel. The location is excellent as it’s right on the plaza so you walk out the entrance to a lively area full of art galleries and restaurants. The plaza is alive at night with people, families and kids playing. A great place to immerse yourself in the culture and activities. The decor and architecture are very festive and colorful. The pool is heated to the point of being slightly hot which was wonderful. We did breakfast at the restaurant each day and enjoyed a wonderful dinner on New Years Eve. If you want to immerse yourself in a small Mexican town San Jose del Cabo is great and not so touristy as Los Cabos. We did spend 3 nights at an ocean front resort afterwards but mostly liked the atmosphere of Centro SJD.

Beautiful hotel and rooms. They received us with cool towels with scented oils and a cool drink. The decor it's exquisite. Only negative is the pool is not heated and no hot water in the shower. I will stay there again but I hope they fix the showers.

Casa Natalia is a good place to stay in a convenient location, from here we could walk everywhere. The hotel is set out well and is bright and colorful. The rooms have lots of space and have everything we needed. The pool area and hammocks were very enjoyable however we didn’t see anyone else use so I am not sure it would be the same if there were a lot of people. Would stay again.

First thing you notice is the staff, all excellent. Special shout out to bartenders Arturo and Francisco, waitress Maria, and the booking gal at the front desk Angelica. All did a super job. Let's not forget the "greeter" Tina....boundless energy! So fun to talk to. The rooms are impeccable, cleaned daily, tastefully decorated, nice patios. Good showers, and soaps, lots of linens. Our five night stay couldn't have gone better. One of the best things about this little hotel is the location right on the main plaza downtown, walk to everything, and all the events, including the famous ArtWalk on Thursday nights. This was our third stay at Casa Natalia and won't be our last.
