Viceroy Los Cabos

Excellent service from the entire hotel staff including Laura and Roberto as they were exceptional in tending our issues. The room was well kept and cleaned well. The only issue experienced was with the Jacuzzi but Laura workwd around this to ensure the service was still provided.

We had an incredible vacation and a spectacular New Year's Eve dinner. The rooms are beautiful and the spa is the best. Great service from all the staff. The pools are beautiful with a view of the beach and although we did not use the gym due to lack of time, it is very complete. It is a super modern hotel with luxury rooms, you can even choose the color of the room.

I had an unforgettable time celebrating New Year’s Eve at Viceroy Los Cabos! The event at Cielomar was incredible. The fireworks show was amazing – the sky was full of colors and it was the perfect way to ring in the new year. The atmosphere at Cielomar was fantastic, with great music and a really fun vibe. Everyone was in a celebratory mood, and it felt like the perfect place to welcome 2025. The food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was perfectly cooked and tasted amazing. If you want to enjoy a great celebration with stunning views, great food, and a fun atmosphere, I highly recommend this place. I’ll never forget this New Year’s Eve!

Staying at Viceroy was the best decision I could have made. The staff was always very friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome at all times. The food was absolutely delicious, and every meal was a treat. One of the highlights of my stay was the New Year's Eve dinner, which was amazing, especially with the fireworks display. The New Year’s Day brunch was also fantastic and the perfect way to start the year. Without a doubt, I will return to Viceroy again in the future.

I had an amazing trip to Los Cabos with my girlfriends. The reception was a stunning view, Casero was our favorite place for coffee and breakfast, the staff at the restaurant are amazing. The resort is very clean and well maintained, the structure is unique, and the vibe is very different from other places I have stayed at. I recommend Nido, Japanese restaurant with very fresh products, we had Nigiris, and sushi rolls and were fantastic. We met Fernanda manager on duty by the pool, she was very kind and interested to know what our feedback was from all our experience, we only had good things to say. She did not hesitate to follow up when she saw us saying hello with a big smile and a welcoming attitude. The cleanliness of our room, the spacious it was, we can’t wait to come back. Thank you to everyone who works very hard for all of your guests!
