Amazing Massage-I had a 90 minute massage and my therapist Scarlett was amazing!
I had a 90 minute massage at the Spa at Viceroy. My therapist was Scarlett and she really listened to me and to what areas needed more attention and then tailored her massage to accommodate me. Scarlett was so attentive and lovely to work with. It was the best massage I’ve ever had! The Spa is beautiful and I highly recommend it.

Wonderful experience!
We truly enjoyed our stay at the viceroy. Aesthetically beautiful resort and staff that is very attentive. Mariana helped us through the stay and was wonderful! She also helped us celebrate a special occasion. We took advantage of every restaurant as well as spa services where Helena and Celia were very skilled. Would definitely come back!

Excellent Service
My experience at Viceroy was excellent! In particular the Butler service received from Mariana Yañez. She is welcoming, absolutely pleasant and passionate about making sure we were taken care of. She provided us with all the assistance we needed. She truly represents Viceroy’s hospitality!

5 star hotel and service
Very nice hotel. Great service at the restaurant by Armando Hernandez, His goal was to make us happy and he accomplished it. We felt very well taken care of. We loved the food. 5 stars all the way. The restaurant is beautiful and everything delicious.

Anniversary Trip
Resort was fantastic! The food and drinks were excellent. Our butlers Jacob and Victor were attentive to our every need. They both thoughtfully went above and beyond to make sure our anniversary trip was nothing short of spectacular. We also enjoyed great service from Armando at the Mexican restaurant. Definitely recommend this resort!
