Nothing short of amazing
One of the best vacations I’ve been on. This hotel far exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the friendliest of staff! Made check in super simple. Given it was my birthday, I upgraded to a suite and it was stunning!!! The pools, the beach, the spa, the restaurants….you really couldn’t ask for more. Every meal we ate there was great. I’d highly recommend the rooftop restaurant and going up there for the sunsets and cocktails. Location is super convenient to everything in San Jose. Walked each morning to the square and back to get some steps in. Close to a Starbucks :) and a great shopping center to grab any snacks for your room. Did the Thursday Art Walk which I would highly recommend! Again super close and a 5 minute uber if you don’t want to walk. Can’t wait to go back and stay at the Viceroy again!!!! Do yourself a favor and splurge for a nice holiday. You will not regret it!

Amazing experience
The service here is exceptional. Oscar was our right hand man and was so incredibly attentive. I hid my passport from myself and didn’t find it until the last minute - and wanted to take the necessary precautions in case It didn’t show up. Oscar went above and beyond to help me find passport photo services, and additional supporting documents to prepare for potentially traveling without my passport. Fortunately I found it at the last minute! But Oscar and his team provided the best experience in all aspects.

Amazing SPA experience
The SPA is amazingly tranquil with long passageways. There is a hot spa, steam and cold plunge pool. The masseuse were amazing. We had couples massage with Celia and Mica. They were perfect. After the massage we were brought to a relaxation room we were served tea and hot towels. One of the best massages we have had anywhere.

Wonderful
Ismail best man ever! If you want to be taken care of at a high level, he is your guy!! Great time at the Viceroy. Felt like a king. Service was great. Food was great. Attention to detail. Did everything he could to make our poolside days exceptional

Pool Day
Our first day at the pool was great! Ismael provided excellent customer service, anticipated our every need and had us laughing all day. We can’t say enough about Ismael. He made our stay and time at the pool so enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back to see him again.
