In an enchanted desert destination where the Pacific Ocean meets the Sea of Cortez, The Westin Los Cabos Resort Villas & Spa encourages you to slow down in style and let your cares slip away on the tip of Mexico's Baja Peninsula. Designed by Javier Sordo Madeleno, the resort emulates the area's celebrated rock arch, El Arco. Gaze across luminous waters from the private balcony of your villa or while dining at the sophisticated "El Ciruelo".

The staff here is the best! The front desk, poolside, luggage assistants, spa, and gym staff were top-notch. The common living area in the 2 bedroom villas is rather small. The oceanfront primary bedroom is great. The 2nd bedroom feels small and closed in since it doesn't have any windows/natural light in it. I loved the location of the resort to the beach, that was great! The onsite restaurants leave a lot to be desired. Westin is losing a lot of money because most people I saw were leaving the resort for meals. The onsite convenience store is such a rip-off. One large bag of chips was $40 US dollars! This is ridiculous. I loved the spa and workout facilities. Management should turn the music down a bit in the workout room because most people have headphones and it was hard to hear your own music for their music being so loud. A large group of family members was traveling and we all had a really good time!

We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. The service was top-notch, and the views were stunning. There were so many amenities to enjoy, and the location was perfect for long walks on the beach. A few staff members really made our trip unforgettable: Manny was a highlight – super fun, enthusiastic, and full of energy. He ran the events, and every activity he led was such a joy. Yoga with him was the perfect, grounding way to start the day, and dance classes with him and Sebastian were so much fun. Their energy was contagious! Jorge was incredibly attentive and helpful, always ready with great recommendations and assisting with our bags. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Efren, our lifeguard, had amazing energy and made us feel safe and comfortable in the water. His knowledge of the ocean made beach days even better. The only downside was the room selection. The front desk did their best, but as loyal Marriott guests, we expected better room placement and views. It didn’t take away from the overall experience, but it’s something to note for future visits. That said, the staff truly embodied the “no bad days in Cabo” vibe – warm, welcoming, and always ready to make our stay special. We can’t wait to return!

Great time at the Westin. ESPECIALLY the "Pool Queen" ALICIA who kept all the Buffalo people entertained. The food and all-around service was great. Shout out to EDGAR the waiter extraordinaire at the sports bar and Mexican theme night...the food was amazing.

The property is very spread out with many elevation changes and multiple elevator rides to navigate. We booked a room with an “ocean view” but the only visible ocean was a sliver of water a mile away. We were told that we had maid service but they only showed up after 2 requests. On the positive side the food and drinks were great once you got to the restaurant and the staff were very friendly and helpful. One last suggestion: don’t trust the safe in your room. We returned to our room the first night and our safe wouldn’t open. It took till the next day to open. Once open there was cash missing but management’s “investigation” showed no signs that the room was broken into and the safe had malfunctioned due to a power surge or some other issue. Go figure. Safe deposit boxes are available in the main lobby which was several hundred yards from our room so we took all of our cash and jewelry with us whenever we went out. Not a good experience.

The main building and the landscape is beautiful, however, be aware that although they call all their rooms “ocean view” while a lot of the rooms don’t have a good ocean view, our room locates in the east wing and you can hardly see the ocean from the room, very disappointing. Also, they don’t have lounge service or free breakfast for Marriott platinum members. Uber is not allowed to go inside and you will need to wait at the gate for a golf cart to go to the lobby. The restaurant at Baja point is great, the staff are really friendly and the view from the restaurant is gorgeous.
