Imagine lounging on a plush chaise, the morning air swirling through the trees, and the aroma of fresh chilaquiles enveloping your world. With this you may come close to picturing the splendor of San Miguel de Allende's Dos Casas luxury boutique hotel. Located in the center of a city constructed on a mile-high mesa, Dos Casas combines an earthy comfort with the grandeur one can only feel watching the sun rise slowly from high above beautiful central Mexico. The seven rooms of this intimate property artfully combine the post-modern, minimalist, and classically ornate to create a functionally beautiful, yet comfortably homey environment. Guests can delve further into their own experiences with a quiet night spent next to a private fireplace, or an in-room massage and spa treatment.

We were in SMA for wedding planning for next year in 2024 and decided to stay near the centro and found Dos Casas. All the workers were exceptional and helpful and helped us with our activities that we wanted to accomplish while our stay. We stayed in the suite and it was very romantic. The restaurants food was amazing! My fiancè and I did not want to leave because of how comfortable our stay was. The room had access to the terrace with a jacuzzi and we had the most perfect views of San Miguel. We also did a massage at the Spa and it was one of the best massages I had in a while. Highly recommend!

We had the best experience in this hotel. Wonderful attention in the front desk, always willing to help in every way I needed. The room was a dream, the bed so comfortable and the breakfast delicious I highly recommend a romantic weekend to spend in San Miguel in the top suite

My partner and I stayed for two nights over a weekend in October. The location is amazing, very walkable. We also booked one of the rooms with a private rooftop terrance, and it was incredible. Amazing view, hot tub, lounge chairs, a table, and an umbrella. The weather in October was perfect to spend a ton of time up there! We were also served breakfast on the terrance both mornings, it was such a treat. The room was really spacious and comfortable. The bed, pillows and linens were out of this world and they even did a turn down service each night. There was one outdoor shower, and two showers inside as well as a tub. The staff was so kind and accommodating, they truly went above and beyond in every way - no detail missed. We enjoyed a lovely dinner there one night - which they very graciously served to us in our room. It's a small menu, but beautifully executed.

We ended up at this hotel unexpectedly because of an issue at our AirBnB our last night in SMA, and found it to be absolutely charming. The rooms were well appointed, clean, and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond at a very late hour to help us get settled. The included breakfast the next morning was exceptional and the staff friendly and helpful. We didn’t want to leave! We also happened to have eaten dinner at the restaurant, Aperi, a few nights before, and found it to be the best meal we had in San Miguel. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends highly as well!

Dos Casas is a boutique hotel and experience. We had a marvelous stay there as we explored beautiful San Miguel. We had a rooftop suite which we highly recommend for the view and the pleasure of lounging in the Mexican sunshine. Service was exemplary. We took advantage of the day spa for massages which were exceptional. The location was great. We highly recommend Dos Casas.

Dos Casas was a great small luxury hotel. The rooms were gorgeous and well appointed. The location couldn't have been better. The food was to die for. The staff were unbelievably helpful and accommodating. The best I have experienced anywhere. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this lovely spot to anyone going to San Miguel de Allende.
